How Do Lasers Treat Nail Fungus?

Lunula Laser is a dual-diode, low-level laser device that delivers a multifaceted treatment to target nail fungus. Lunula laser follows the principles of photochemistry, the science of how light affects cell function and behavior. Lunula Laser uses two therapeutic wavelengths: 405 nm (violet) and 635 nm (red) and each wavelength performs a very specific function to provide a comprehensive treatment to target nail fungus. The laser is administered as a line-generated beam, which maximizes the treatment surface area covering hard-to-reach areas that fungus may reside in such as deep within a thickened nail or along the nail bed and root.
