Preparing patients for examination by taking vital signs, measurements, weight, etc., and putting the chart in the proper order for the physician.

• Administering EKGs.
• Drawing blood, giving injections, and preparing specimens for processing.
• Explaining the programs to the new patients as well as reviewing programs with existing patients.
• Seeing return patients as needed.
• Stocking, cleaning, and keeping in order the exam rooms, lab, restrooms, etc.
• Answering phones and scheduling patient visits.
• Data entry and working knowledge of the computer systems.
• Receiving patients to the office in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
• Maintaining patient files in a confidential manner.
• Follow established medical procedures. (Experience preferred, but will train the right person)
