Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out of clients in professional and positive manner
  • Maintains reception area.
  • Obtains new client information and consents as well as updating information on established clients.
  • Monitor client flow and communicate scheduling issues between staff and clients effectively.
  • Management of reminders, client policy communication, scheduling and lead follow-up.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of all services, products and programs while educating and communicating with clients.
  • Sales experience and the ability to explain and sell add-on products and services.
  • Ensure all clients have questions answered and information provided regarding treatments and upcoming appointments.
  • Utilize upselling skills where appropriate to increase existing client business and build a strong referral program.
  • Maintain all filing, charting, faxing and other clerical functions.
  • Answer phones professionally and politely while taking detailed messages.
  • Maintain and order supplies as necessary.
  • Other special projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Two years previous medical office experience within patient registration and reception
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills.
  • PRP, Microneedling, HydraFacial experience a plus
  • Experience with EMR
  • Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Must be a team player and support management and peers as well as business goals.
  • College or advanced education at technical or secretarial school is preferred.
