Responsibilities:
- Perform general skin assessments prior to treatment.
- Develop a care plan specific to each client, including pre and post treatment.
- Provide treatments using established medical protocols.
- Have knowledge and understanding of all services, products and programs while educating and communicating with clients.
- Sales experience and the ability to explain and sell add-on product and services.
- Ensure all clients have questions answered and information provided regarding treatments.
- Utilize upselling skills where appropriate to increase existing client business and build a strong referral program.
- Maintain documentation in clinical records.
- Inform clients about memberships and referral programs.
- Maintain and order supplies as necessary.
- Other special projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current and valid Aesthetician license for the State of North Carolina
- Minimum of two years current hands-on experience in a Med spa preferred.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Experience with EMR preferred.
- Possess ability to work collaboratively with all staff to achieve team goals.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to build quality relationships with clients.
