Gold Counseling-Intake and Billing Specialist, Customer Service

We are looking for more than an employee, we are looking for a team member to join our practice. The Intake and Billing Specialist with Gold Counseling will be detail-oriented, organized, able to work at a fast pace, with basic computer knowledge, self-motivated, and can identify and take on necessary tasks/projects independently. It is important to connect, to listen, to love and to help people by placing them with the clinician who will best support them through their pain, suffering, and challenges. As well, there will be basic billing to insurances needed.

Gold Counseling is a mental health therapy practice with multiple locations in Utah. This position is located at our corporate office in Kaysville. The primary responsibilities will include intake calls and basic billing.

Hours: part-time M-F 1pm-5:30pm

Wage: $17 hourly wage – based on experience.

Skills: Exceptional customer service – positive and friendly attitude. Clean, organized and detail oriented. Loyal and trustworthy – maintaining the security of the building and office information is essential. Ability to interact professionally and positively with clients and therapists while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Competent with Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Education: High school or equivalent
