• 5 years of experience in working with Websites, Content Management Systems, Email Marketing

• Ability to work with customers over the phone

• CRM, Ticketing Apps, Web Conversion Apps helpful

• Basic HTML knowledge

• Must be passionate about helping customers

• MS Word, Excel, PPT excellent knowledge expected

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required

• Must be able to work starting at 7 AM PT
