Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide psychotherapy to individual adults, while also playing a key role in training, supervision, and development of psychological associates. Key Responsibilities:
Psychotherapy Services: Provide individual therapy to adults, utilizing evidence-based approaches and tailoring interventions to each client's unique needs.
Training and Supervision: Offer hands-on training and supervision to psychological associates, supporting their clinical growth and development.
Didactic Training Leadership: Lead didactic training sessions focused on evidence-based therapeutic techniques and best practices in clinical psychology.
Professional Development: Guide psychological associates in their professional development, offering mentorship and supporting their career progression within the practice.
Collaboration: Work closely with a team of licensed psychologists to enhance service delivery and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
Active, valid licensure as a psychologist in the state of California (proof of licensure upon job acceptance).
Relevant experience in providing evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically supported modalities.
California residency (required for licensure eligibility).
