Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow to join our clinical team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide psychotherapy to individual adults, gain hands-on experience with psychological testing, and receive strong and reliable supervision from experienced professionals. The role will also provide access to didactic training, professional development guidance, and specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD. Key Responsibilities:

Psychotherapy Services: Provide individual therapy for adults, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

Psychological Testing: Participate in administering and interpreting psychological assessments, gaining valuable experience with a wide range of testing tools and methodologies.

Supervision and Training: Receive strong, reliable supervision from licensed professionals. Engage in regular didactic training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

ERP Training: Gain specialized expertise in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including direct experience with clients and ongoing mentorship.

Professional Development: Receive guidance on building a successful career in psychology, including opportunities for further specialization, development of clinical competencies, and career advancement.

Long-Term Growth: Participate in an environment that encourages growth within a group practice, with potential opportunities to take on a supervisory role in the future.

Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.

Relevant experience with evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and/or other empirically supported modalities.

Strong interest in specializing in OCD treatment and gaining expertise in ERP therapy.

California residency (required for licensure eligibility).
