- Greet patients with compassion and empathy
- Escort patients to the exam room, collecting vitals, patient history and chief complaints
- Administer diagnostic testing
- Collect and complete provider-ordered labs and immunizations
- Collaborate as an essential part of the medical team
- Manage EMR documentation and reporting
- Support front office staff to ensure a cohesive patient experience
