Influenza, commonly known as the flu, presents with a range of symptoms that can vary in severity. The most common symptoms include a sudden onset of fever, chills, body aches, and fatigue. These are often accompanied by a sore throat, cough, and a runny or stuffy nose. Headaches and eye pain may also occur, and some individuals, particularly children, might experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
