What Is Botox Used For?

There are a ton of different applications for Botox, and although most of them are cosmetic, not all of them are! Typically, though, Botox is used for treating facial lines and wrinkles to take years off a patient’s face. It can be used for:

Forehead lines, frown lines, worry lines, laugh lines, and other lines on the face.
Wrinkles around the lips and elsewhere.
Crow’s feet.
Asymmetry of the brow.
Drooping mouth corners.
Neck banding.
Hyperhidrosis (severe underarm sweating).

How Do I Know If I Have Psoriasis?

There are many different types of psoriasis, and obtaining a precise diagnosis is an important step in developing an effective treatment plan. If you have psoriasis, it means that your skin cells multiply at a much faster than normal rate, which causes uncomfortable build-up on the surface.
