ALL services rendered by Walking Urgent Care, Inc. and any of it’s providers are provided on a non-refundable basis. You understand that once we provide consultation, whether verbal referral or full examination, our fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and/or diagnoses.
