Includes the visit, EKG, and prescription with pharmacy discount coupons.

Comprehensive New Patient
Self-Pay Package: $220
Includes two visits within 30 days and lab tests included: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, Urinalysis. 
The provider will interpret lab results and offer treatment for any medical conditions identified during the visit.

Follow-Up New Patients:
$125 per visit
