I have a relatively rare and painfully debilitating condition known as Post-Thrombotic Syndrome. After seeing several physicians who either had never treated or were not familiar with this condition, I made an appointment at The Ramos center. The staff were very professional and Dr Fura was both knowledgable and highly effective in helping me. I have a Ph.D. degree in psychophysiology, many courses toward an MD degree and I have taught at three medical schools. I know highly competent when I encounter it. The wonderful staff has worked WITH me...taken the time to, and listen to me...and have given me a much more tolerable life with chronic back pain. Their willingness to try different things based on their knowledge and my experiances has been refreshing...as opposed th just pretty much being told what my treatment would be. I've had the pleasure of Melissa and Sally who are some of the nurses there, they are caring and empathize with the patient and great at their job I never have to have an IV be put in more than once, they always get in the right spot the very first time which means a lot , you know how much those can hurt even though they're just a little needle. My experience with this office over the last 4 years has always been excellent , never once have I had a complaint!

Dr Ramos is fantastic. I injured my back in 1994. in 2010 i came to Dr. Ramos. He has gotten me off high doses of pain killers. I go once every three months and get injections in my back. I get a great amount of pain relief and only. need minimum painkillers. I know that it doesn't fix the problem but this is something that can't be fixed. Thanks to Dr. Ramos I can live firly good life.

My most recent appointment was with Holly MacDonald, PA-C, MPAS. It was a consult regarding my spinal condition. Holly is a true professional and has a solid understanding of my medical issues. We are kind of back to square one on my case as I experienced a major health issue in September unrelated to my lower back issues. I feel confident that both Holly and Dr. Grace and my care at the Ramos Center will have positive results.

My experiences with the Ramos center have been great! I love the receptionist there all the way through the building to the surgery room. I love Dr. D'auria and his staff in surgery. I love Miss Debbie the nurse who sees me all the time and checks me over. She is so sweet and professional. I love the assistant she has, with long black curly hair. I went to 4 orthopedic surgeons before I found Dr. Grace. He immediately figured out what was wrong with my knee when the other doctors guessed incorrectly Dr. Grace is a godsend. I like that it is always her but I always have different Ma's or nurses I don't like that. You don't get to know one another and have to repeat every single detail of your history.

I saw Dr. Grace last week regarding ongoing neck pain. I just moved to the area three weeks ago and had been getting trigger point injections back at home. I got there at 6:15 am and the young lady at the desk was very friendly like all the other young ladies. As wine an I sat down I was called to the back so they could put my IV in and maybe 5 minutes i was called and everyone was awesome Dr. Ramos came in and asked how was I doing and once he asked what was my DOB they proceeded to do the radio frequency I went to sleep like always the team did an excellent job. Everyone there knew their jobs and we're very pleasant. My returned promptly and appointment reminders were made.

I had my first visit with Dr. Grace at the Ramos Center yesterday. From the time I walked in the door it seemed like they were ready for me, after a short wait I was taken back to an examination room to begin the interview process. It wasnt long and the nurse practitioner was in to see me and she made me feel at ease, thanks Ms. Janine. Dr. Grace then came in and did his exam and discussed my issues and what options were available to me. All in all it was a very productive meeting. I have been going to the Ramos pain center for a little over a year. I am happy to say that I've had the shots to relieve osteoarthritis inflammation and just a couple of months ago they suggested I see a doctor regarding hip replacement. I'm recovering now. 1 review 5.0 star rating 11/1/2017 I fell down my apartment stairs and injured my back. I am not one to take pain meds but my pain was excruciating. I went to see Dr.Ramos and he suggested that I get two series of injections for my pain. My first visit was in Sarasota. Beautiful office and accommodating staff. The kindness and caring nature of the procedure staff made me feel at ease. It has now been 4 days after my first set of injections and my pain is down to a 2. I can't wait for the next set to be pain free. If you are one who does not care much for medications at the Ramos Center they have a variety of options to treat your pain. PAIN FREE!!
