I had a severe rash on my arm caused by poison ivy. I was promptly taken care of, and the front desk staff and the primary doctor working today were incredibly helpful and attentive. Continue the good work this urgent care is definitely the best one I have went to so far.

The practitioner seemed very rushed and not interested in listening to my concerns. I was told that if I didn’t feel better soon, then I needed to “go to the ER because we don’t have diagnostic equipment here.” This was my first visit here and sadly this impression does not leave me with the desire to return.

Staff was welcoming. I was seen in a timely fashion. Healthcare practitioners were helpful and suggested some testing. Rapid test testing was done right away and then sent out for further testing.

I had seen her previously a while back and she saved me from potential serious issues by sending me to the hospital where I found I had appendicitis. I went in very sick without an appointment. They told me it would be a while without an appointment but when I said how sick I was they got me in so much sooner. They were all so nice and sympathetic and took care of me. I'm very appreciative.

The staff at the Priority Urgent Care were all pleasant and accommodating. Even though some of them were still getting over the flu virus themselves, they treated the waiting clients with great care and attention. The Physician was thorough and had good bed side manner. I am so happy we have such a nice group in our area.

i was in terrible pain. tooth pain might i add. either way i walked in crying and they immediately helped me. the woman signed me in quickly and there isn’t much they could have done (obviously) except for an antibiotic. that’s ok. it’s going to help either way.

Couldn’t sleep because of yeast infection, so I booked an appointment very early morning. Got there, doctor checked on me, and left to work within 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and polite. The nurse asked me several  questions in regards of my condition and got me ready for the doctor. I’m in recovery now and very happy 😃

Excellent experience with all staff. The medical professional on staff treated us with care and respect. The front office staff was understanding of my concerns and very professional. Disappointing that all of these organizations now want to keep your bank account information / credit / debit card on file. Fortunately they allowed me to avoid this by paying at the time of my visit. I understand that this is more cost effective for the company than issuing invoices and chasing payment. On the flip side as a consumer I am expected to be ok with granting unlimited access to my bank. I can't understand how anyone would be ok with that. I had an experience with this at another urgent care organization and let me say it was not pleasant when they sent an email with no explanation telling me that they would be charging my card in the next couple days. I spent hours on the phone to find out where the charge was coming from and had to argue with the customer service representative to get them to remove my card information from their system.

Same day booking, quick and easy examination and received results swiftly. Very happy with the office.

I came in after a couple of nights of constant coughing. X-rays showed a touch of pneumonia. Cough continued last night, hopefully it will be better in a couple of days. My experience was very professional, Katelyn Yarchak was very nice and an asset to your organization.

PA Katelyn Y. has treated every member of my family over the course of our visits to the unionville priority care. I came in today and was treated for a sinus infection. I never feel rushed, I always feel like Katelyn listens to my concerns, and I always leave feeling confident in her assessments. I was even able to ask her questions about my daughter at this visit, and she addressed my concerns regarding my daughter even though I was the patient. I can't speak highly enough of her, she is the reason we return to this facility.

I scheduled an appointment at the last minute after having a worsening earache for a few days. I was able to get in right away, without a wait, and get the treatment I needed in less than an hour. It is also conveniently located near a CVS, I had to get an over the counter medication and just ran over there after my appointment.

I was extremely nervous walking into this walk in that I’ve never been to before especially with chest pain but the doctor was more than understanding and nurturing. He went beyond his expertise to make me as comfortable as possible and that’s not something you experience every day. This was one of the best nerve wracking experiences I’ve had.

Every time I visit, the people at this facility are always kind. The facility itself is very inviting, and every doctor or PA I've had is extremely helpful and take the time to listen to you and talk to you. Highly recommended.

Every person that I came in contact with today was amazing. They handled my foot injury with care even though they were all extremely busy on a Saturday morning. I truly appreciate their level of passion and professionalism. If you have multiple urgent cares in the area this would be the one to go to in your time of need.
