My doctor and my wife's doctor are great. They spend time to understand our problems and accordingly provide treatment. While there is some wait, like in all doctors office, our wait was reasonable and we were fine

Mercy clinic the doctors and the staff are very helpful and care about their patients. When you enter the clinic or by phone there is not long waiting time always on time and very welcoming atmosphere. Specially Dr. Fauzia Osama very kind, calm and caring doctor. She do anything to get you good specialist . She personality call her patients at home or hospital to check . We are grateful for her service . I highly recommended mercy clinic in Wylie .

Dr. Osama has been seeing my grandmother as a patient for over 5 years. When my uncle had a stroke two years ago we entrusted her with his care as well. Since then my mother, who is an OT, and my aunt, who is a nurse, switched to Dr Osama as their PCP as well. Dr Osama has a memory like an elephant and serves up healthcare that’s companionate, educational, motivational, and even a bit of tough love when necessary. She does not hold back when it comes to her patients. I don’t think we could have made it through the scary moments after my uncle had his stroke without her. She kept us on top of what specialists we needed to see and what we needed to do every step of the way. Make sure to bring your pencil and paper because she will give you step by step instructions, if your willing to follow them you can achieve your health goals. I’ve witnessed it first hand with my family time and time again. Thank you so much Dr. Osama and staff, you all are a true blessing.

I completed my 2nd visit last week. Based on the many negative reviews I read, I was very concerned about going to this clinic. As I turns out, both experiences have been quite positive. The check in & wait times were very reasonable. The dialog with the practitioners was thorough and to the point. Note, I was prepared with my medical records for the consultation. I've had refill request go through the clinic several times with no issues. The only concern I saw was with a few of the fellow patients in the waiting area. Most were pleasant and well mannered. Others acted as if their parents failed to teach them basic civil behavior when in public. I work in the medical industry and am quite familiar with small clinic operation. I will return to Mercy.

Staff was very helpful. They were eager to help. Dr Osama gave me plenty of time to explain all of my issues. She was intent on helping me. Thanks to all the staff!!

I want to first say that I am not a person that does reviews. So I have to think very highly of a business for me to take the time to write a review. The front office personnel (Cheri and Humarna) are very personable. They know me as a person and not just a patient. Anything that I have asked them to do they have gone above and beyond to get done for me that's from filling our paperwork or calling me back because I forgot what time my appointment is even though they just called me to remind me of it the day before. The Dr Osoma knows me very well even though I am knew with this facility. She saw a medical problem that I was having and it corrected in two weeks when the problem had been present for two years. If you would a nice family friendly atmosphere and personable service this is the place for you. Here you are not just a dollar sign you are....well you.

This is Scott King i would like to tell the staff at mercy med that they really treated me with great care i had gotten biten by something my leg swelled they took me right in and set me up to go right to hospital my rm was waiting they immediately started my treatment the Drs at mercy yall are true angels and i thank you so much for your help not only are they Drs but they made me feel like family i thank you again and god bless all the ladies at mercy see you soon Scott King 5 Star
