Scheduling was a bit difficult. The online system is not accurate so someone will contact you after you request a service, time, and date to find something that works. I had my service yesterday, 40u Xeomin. Office staff was extremely kind. Shaher did my treatment. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and told me of other treatments I may be interested in, but did not push anything on me. I'll let you know about the results in a couple weeks. So far I was very impressed.

I absolutely love getting my lips done here. I'll never get my lips done anywhere else. So hard to find a place that does the Russian technique and it is sooo worth it. ***Update 1 week later: I did the revanessa this time instead of the juvaderm after they continued to recommend it and I am super disappointed I was told the revanessa wouldn't bruise and I got way more bruising and swelling this time then I did before. I also messaged afterwards about odd bruising above my lip and got no response. I love this place but after not getting any feedback when I reached out about odd bruising made me feel like they didnt care abour recovery after service. So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn't seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. It's worth checking out.

I have always been a tomboy and I was really rough with my face. I came in here and I got botox and fillers at 1st. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didn't think my face could ever look this good. I was introduced to Morpheus 8 at Laser Duet a month ago. I purchased 3 treatments and after my very first treatment, I honestly am amazed every time I look in the mirror. Laser Duet it an amazing facility and the staff there are amazing. I am not just saying this to advertise the brand; it is totally based on my experience...TOTALLY based on it!!! It was clean, comfortable, safe, smelled good, and had a very inviting environment. I was not comfortable at first, because I usually go to another place where the doctor is double certified in plastic surgery; that doctor had served me well too. However, I am sticking with this place now. They convinced me due to their reasonable prices, kind staff, expertise, and the quality of service that I received by the doctor and RN. The doctor did a phenomenal job!! When he finished putting filler in my face, it looked fresh and natural looking which is what I was expecting and got; this is a true sign that a doctor knows what he or she is doing. I am 61 years old but look much younger now. The doctor was compassionate, patient and reassuring throughout my procedure. He and his nurse were so kind, and the doctor was as gentle as could be. The technicians were very reassuring to me before my procedure that helped to build up my confidence to trust the doctor and go through with him doing my procedure which I am so glad that I did. In general, I would recommend this place to anyone who really wants professional, competent, and gentle cometic work done. When I say I have never had a business make me feel so cared for and genuinely liked at as a human, I mean it. I made an appointment for botox from Groupon for 40 units and when I arrived I was greeted by an amazingly friendly woman who gave me the simple paperwork and walked me to the room. The doctor came in, chatted for a min and then was a pro! Boom, boom, boom, 10 injections down like clockwork, with 2 left. Then it happened. I started feeling warm and light headed. The entire staff was immediately there with juice and some type of Flatbread (best bread I've ever had btw), let me lay down for a min because I did completely black out. So embarrassing. And yet they kept reassuring me I was no burden, it happened often and to take my time. I will be continuing with them regularly and maybe try some other services! Thank you guys again!

These ladies are awesome. I have been struggling with acne from when I was 13 and have tried everything to get rid of the scars for 20 years and after a while I just gave up. When I came here I was so reluctant to try Picoway but eventually I thought I will give it a try just once and see what happens. The 1064 cleared my skin a lot the second week and I was so happy to see my face like that after years. Is it expensive?, yes. But I want to try it again as its makes me feel so confident to see my face like that and I have dreamt of clear skin for years. I can't wait to see how my treatment today will turn out. I had the 1064 and resolve today and it's for helping with the scars as well.

AMAZING staff, AMAZING services and AMAZING results! Team helped to alleviate extreme discoloration (melasma) on my face along with tighter pores, better texture, improved clarity. When I got to laser duet, I was told about a laser treatment called picoway resolve. It has no downtime, no pain, and does a great job reducing wrinkles , large pores , brown spots , and scars .it is the same kind of laser used to remove tattoos . I decided to go with this instead of the micro-needling that I purchased on Groupon. I was able to have the higher price of the 4 laser treatments reduced by what I paid for the 3 micro-needing. Before I did this I checked with my son who is a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. He said it is a very good laser procedure for a competitive price . I've only had the one procedure and my skin looks tighter . All of the women at laser duet were lovely . Nisreen, the young lady who did the laser treatment was very efficient and gentle. Now this is my second time coming back for Botox and fillers, it was a very gentle procedure and I'm so happy I chose them and excited to do more services in the future !!

The Picoway Resolve is the best laser I have ever used, and I have tried Secret RF, Ultherapy, IPL, Laser Genesis and others this has the best results by far. I had 40 units of botox to help lift my brow and remove my worry lines. Almost 3 months later and it still looks amazing. The doctor did a fantastic job of choosing the correct placement for my face to give me the look I wanted. I also had lip fillers done and I absolutely love the results. The doctor made sure that I was plenty numb before injecting which I sincerely appreciate. He truly is an artist. My lips are gorgeous! I also purchased a lash treatment to help grow my lashes and even though I had never heard of it, it really has worked, and was way more affordable than Latisse. If you're into improving your face with less invasive measures, give them a call. I'm happy to have found them!

I tried the Zerona treatment to jumpstart getting ready for pool season, and in two weeks had to tighten my belt buckle 2 notches, so it definitely works as long as you follow the instructions (drink ALOT of water). I became a customer to lose fat from my stomach and back area. Before I started I was 219 and at the end of my 18 session I am now 198 . It only took 3 weeks to finish , i did a combo of the vaser and the zarona “might not be spelled correctly lol” but I made sure to drink a gallon of water a day and everything worked .. so happy and overall thankful .

When I say I have never had a business make me feel so cared for and genuinely liked at as a human, I mean it. I made an appointment for botox from Groupon for 40 units and when I arrived I was greeted by an amazingly friendly woman who gave me the simple paperwork and walked me to the room. The doctor came in, chatted for a min and then was a pro! Boom, boom, boom, 10 injections down like clockwork, with 2 left. Then it happened. I started feeling warm and light headed. The entire staff was immediately there with juice and some type of Flatbread (best bread I've ever had btw), let me lay down for a min because I did completely black out. So embarrassing. And yet they kept reassuring me I was no burden, it happened often and to take my time. I will be continuing with them regularly and maybe try some other services! Thank you guys again!

This salon is honestly the best in Michigan hands down my opinion for one I got an appointment that day I called because my work schedule is nuts and I live 4 hours away! It's seriously the best facial salon in Michigan I've been going to this awesome salon for over 8 years and I get treated like I'm new and every time ! I moved to FL almost 2 years ago. I could never find a laser/ facial institute that ever could compare to the laser duet. They don't know how to inject Botox nor did the other salons care about making a women feel/ look younger I just recently moved back up north towards Ann Arbor Michigan. Still cannot find a salon that can compare It's been months because I've been working and I moved it's been crazy yet they got my in asap as women you know we want things done that day! I have fine blonde hair on my legs which has been drastically reduced and I don't need to shave my underarms at all anymore. I went to several other med spas in Dallas before moving back to Detroit and the laser they use here is the least painful one I've experienced - it's like a tiny snap. I will come back for a touchup or two in a few months if I notice any regrowth on my legs.
