Have been here a few times as a walk-in. The front staff has been very professional, waiting area is organized and clean, the physicians have been very thorough and take their time to answer any questions. Regarding X-rays, they are pretty quick on coming back with the report. I have also been referred from this urgent care to a specialist and there was no issue with the referral nor with the specialist. Their upfront collection of payment is different but I understand why they do it this way. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful experience using Immediate Care Yukon for our COVID rapid test. It was incredibly easy to book and confirm online, they had plenty of appointments, I was able to complete all required paperwork ahead of time. At our appointment times, the staff was pleasant and professional, and it was conducted on time. All nursing staff were wonderful, especially with my 4yo son. When we were done they let him have a sucker, as well. All together, we were in and out in under 30 minutes, and that's with a 15-minute process time for the test. Highly recommend!

I've been to the location in Yukon and was very impressed with how friendly the entire staff was. The wait wasn't long either time I was there and the PA that saw me both times was very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner, she listened to all my ailments and seemed to really care how I was feeling. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have seen my fair share of doctors, nurses and care staff. I have never been so pleased with the care and advice given by these lovely ladies at immediate care! They are so knowledgeable, so kind. They truly care and their level of service is the kind you won't find anywhere else. As someone who has anxiety and would avoid the doctor's office if I can, I can say that I actually enjoy coming to the doctor, I enjoy talking to the personnel, I love this facility! A+++++

I was able to get checked right in with very little time spent in the waiting room. The receptionist, Kim, was very knowledgeable and a delightful person. The medical staff is all friendly, gentle, and explained things very well. I went in with a cough and sore throat. I was given a covid test and strep test. Fortunately, both came back negative. The nurse practitioner gave me a free sample of a cough syrup that works amazingly fast. I highly recommend Immediate Care for fast and friendly service.

We came in like bats out of hell, right at closing time, when our son cut his achilles. Sophia was very quick to go get help. Dr. Penwell and Troy were gentle and kind with my extremely scared/ extremely hurt son. We were in and out with a ton of stitches and a referral for an Ortho within about an hour. I'm so glad we went there versus the hospital!

After waiting for 2+ hours at another clinic with almost an hour of that standing in a line- I was able to get an appointment online at Immediate care. I was able to wait inside of their very clean and almost empty waiting room. Everyone was very kind. COVID testing completed with results given within 45 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I will definitely be back!

I had a Covid test here this morning. It took 30 minutes total from the time I got there until I got my results and paperwork to return to work. I strongly recommend this company.

First time I went here was yesterday and so glad I Did!! My nurse was the sweetest lady and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My dr was very kind and I was shaking cause I hadn't eaten and she gave me a yogurt!! I strongly recommend this urgent care!

Went in today for swollen lymph node, everyone was so kind to me. They really took the time to listen to my concern. It's a new place off of rt 66 which is really great since we dont have one over here. The establishment was very clean. Great experience overall!!!!!

Staff was very nice. I went when they were about to close but they still took care of me properly and didn't rush it or try to get me out of there. They assessed me thoroughly but I also didn't have to wait a century.
