Everyone was friendly and courteous. Doctor was patient and understanding, answered all my questions and completed a thorough evaluation of my condition. Would definitively recommend and go again!

When we go there we are always greeted by friendly staff and are usually in and out in about an hour. The waiting room has soothing music that is always peaceful and relaxing.

Every time I have been to the Ruther Glen location, I have had outstanding service from all the staff. I am especially grateful to Annette, the front desk attendant. She goes above and beyond with her patients. If there is a delay, she apologizes to those waiting. She makes sure they are acknowledged and welcomed. I have never seen her without a warm, wonderful smile on her face. In time of need, when our regular doctor hasn't been available, I am grateful to have them on standby.

I have been to PACS on two different occasions recently, and have been very satisfied with the level of care and the courteous staff. Keep up the good work PACS.

This urgent care is the best urgent care I have ever visited. I arrived when they first opened (on a Sunday) as a new patient. They got me checked in and In a room within 15 minutes!. The staff and the PA on staff,were accommodating! The customer service was great! Highly recommended this facility for your urgent care needs!

As a licensed primary care provider, after taking my mother to her doctors appointment today I can honestly say that this is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. They have the most common sense to actually give patients N-95 masks that work, versus surgical masks that weren’t designed to prevent respiratory infections! Very modern interior, medical equipment, and friendly staff! Will definitely be coming back and referring patients here! This is hands down the best Urgent Care I have ever been too. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, which makes me feel welcomed and that I’m not a burden. And to top it off, the PA that examined me was sympathetic towards what I had going on on. She made sure I left with everything I needed to be comfortable. This entire experience is an example of how all urgent cares should strive to be. If I ever have to go again in the future, I will be coming here, always. 5 star treatment!

I have visited twice this month for different reasons. Both visits I have seen the same PA, Felicia. She is excellent. Very nice, friendly and prompt. The nurses were great too. Both visits, I have been in and out quickly and I appreciate that very much. Past experiences here have not been as good, so much improved!

I came in on a very busy morning right after they opened up and they had already seen 15 patients before me. I was in excruciating pain so the wait probably seemed longer than it actually was, but they got to me fairly quickly considering the circumstances. Felicia the PA was absolutely awesome. Fast and efficient and attentive to my issues. And just as impressive or even more was Lindsay. She was good at her job as she administered the medication I needed and wrapped my knee up so well that the pain instantly began to subside! Thank you all for a great experience including the young lady who was nice enough to hold each door as I exited trying to navigate with my crutches.

Went to Pax Ruther Glen on a 90° day a couple summers ago with a knee laceration where I thought I would lose too much blood after a 10 minute limp out of the woods. Got there and they actually the held front door open as I limped in and took me right into 72° air. Doctor was the one with a European accent and she was very nice and caring. I know she didn't have to be, but she was by default and it really made a difference. Thanks whomever you are! It could've been worse but the care couldn't have been better.

Recently went to PACS. as I was so sick. I called them and was able to do a walkin visit. I was immediately registered and taken back to a room. The nurse came in a did a covid, strep and flu test on me. All staff and the doctor are very friendly and cared for my health. I will visit again in the future for emergency care.

The staff here is amazing! We arrived right before closing and they saw my son who had some sort of bite on his elbow that looked worse than it did yesterday. PACS was nice enough to take us at the last minuet and honestly treated us like it wasn't closing time. Thanks to all the ladies that worked tonight that took great care of us! ?

Wonderful urgent care!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing staff who are extremely friendly and compassionate. I obviously can't say I "recommend" coming because who wants to be sick...lol. But if you find yourself sick and needing help, this the place to come, because they have great bedside manner and treat patients with great respect.

Made appointment online. Got there and immediately takenn care of for a lab test, then a short wait while taking vitals. Then another short wait in consultation room. Doctor was very pleasant and listened to me about medication (antibiotic) I needed/preferred. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would go back again when needing same-day care because there's always a wait for an appointment at my regular GPs office.

The PACS Urgent Care center treated my son’s injury promptly and effectively. All of the staff including the intake staff, the nurse and doctor were smart, professional, kind and courteous.

The entire staff is very pleasant and friendly. Dr Lam is awesome he took the time to educate me without me asking any questions and his bedside manner is awesome. I wish I could use him as my primary care physician but he only works at the urgent care center. Highly recommended if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I called in to schedule an appointment for drive thru rapid covid testing. They didn't have availability for 2 days and didn't offer walk ins, but i took it. Something told me to go in today anyways. The nice woman up front asked me if I had any symptoms, I told her my case, and asked if there was anything she could do to help. She informed me they had just had two cancelations and she could get me right in. They even helped me register. Easiest experience ever. Everyone from nurse to doctor, hello to goodbye was polite. If I'm ever local and in need of care I will return.

First a shout out to Tamika, who performed the Covid tests on my 15yr old son earlier this afternoon. This is exactly the person you want swabbing your kid if they have sensory issues like mine does. She quickly put him at ease thanks to her friendly professionalism, and got in & out of his nose as gently as could be expected. His rapid test came back negative but they suggested the 72 hour one to rule out false negative. We were so relieved that Tamika was the person who came back out because she had already establish trust with him and then was really cool explaining to him the difference between the first and second test - in how they feel and in how long they take, and why. When someone takes the time to make sure my kid understands what's happening, I find it so refreshing and praise worthy. OK so I made this appointment by phone, they got us in within the hour, we were early and they came out to see us promptly. It's a pull up so everything was done curbside The lady who helped me make the appointment was very patient with all my questions, (this is our first time getting a Covid test) I mean just so friendly and kind about it. ... Tamika was perfect (as described). ... and then the lady who came out to deliver the results and recommend the second test was also just so good about explaining all of it and treating my son as worthy of understanding reasons. I didn't catch the other two peoples names but they know who they are! So all in all, I highly recommend this as your first stop for Covid testing. YES! KID FRIENDLY

I've been to this facility four times and couldn't be more satisfied. One time I had two persons in front of me and my wait was reasonable, about 30 minutes. The other times there was no one waiting. I was impressed with the seating arrangements in the waiting room, socially distanced. The entire place was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the nurses and doctors very knowledgeable. My vitals were taken first thing. They treated my concerns, called my pharmacy with a prescription, and had me arrange for follow-up visits. I was a walk-in each time but it was not a problem. The best part was that I was spared a visit to a crowded ER. Toni R.

Highly recommend. Dr Zelda Johnson evaluated me. She took the time to listen to me. Im dealing with a scary set of circumstances and Dr Johnson addressed my concerns. She didnt have all the answers, but she was very candid about this and I respect that very much. She did however give me a physical examination. It was this exam that let me know in which direction I should go and Im very grateful to her and to the professional staff there. The nurse practitioner that initially spoke with me ( im bad with names and it wasn't on my paperwork) was very knowledgeable and her demeanor put me at ease. All told just a great group of classy ladies here. Id give them all 10 stars if i could. These are courageous women putting themselves in harms way to help others.

Everyone was awsome, Tara my dr and Tameka my nurse took great care of me ,I needed stitches they took me right back,Tameka was amazing with giving me my tetanus shot and in numbing the area for stitches she was very good with the needle barley felt it and everyone took the time to make sure I knew everything about the process,they were all friendly and welcoming I will come here from now on.
