This is my go to urgent care whenever I need it. The nursing staff and office staff are personable and efficient. It is by far the fastest and most efficient urgent care in the area. I went in yesterday after work, made an appointment online, was checked in and seen immediately. I truly appreciate that they did not do any unnecessary testing. I presented with upper respiratory infections as symptoms. The care provider was personable and very efficient. Listen to me when I said a certain anabiotic didn’t work for me. An overall wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this urgent care facility enough. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I had a great experience at Fast Aid on Alamo Ranch. The staff and the provider were competent and pleasant, and I won’t hesitate to use them again. I was seen quickly and they had no problem removing the ear wax that was blocking my hearing.

My provider was the absolute best!! The front office staff were pleasant and attentive!

Dr. Mark at Fast Aid Urgent Care in Alamo Ranch is phenomenal. He’s very quick, efficient, and friendly. He’s really good with my kids as well and truly seems to care. The office is very clean as well.

I woman I work with cut the inside of her thumb. After several attemps to stop the bleeding and failing, I suggest she go to Fast Aid. This is the second time I have been to this location and both times have been wonderful experiences. Everyone is polite and helpful and I am in and out within a VERY short period of time while still having gotten everything I needed. And Mark Wilson is so incredibly kind/understanding. I have Tricare and technically would be able to save a little money by not having to pay a copay over at Wilford Hall, but paying the copay is worth staying close to home and being taken care of in 30 min or less by someone who listens to you.

I was a bit nervous coming to some place new but I was in a lot of pain and this location was closest to me. The moment I stepped in I was greeted kindly and explained the process of checking in. The wait was very short and the staff were very attentive and helpful with my situation while waiting. The nurses, MA, and Doctor were kind, professional, and thorough. I will 100% be recommending this location and I will continue to use this location for any future urgent care needs.

This urgent is the best urgent care clinic that I have ever visited. The welcoming and service at the front desk were very patient. The nurse and doctor staff were very helpful and inffomative.

We love Fast Aid when we need it with a family of 5, particularly the Alamo Ranch location. We always have a good experience with scheduling, front desk, and especially the nurses, techs and drs! We feel like they listen and give thorough, thoughtful care. When we had a slight issue with an insurance change during one visit, everyone was super-helpful, understanding and respectful. Additionally, they are all quite friendly and help my kids feel at ease when caring for them and that makes a huge difference!

I have visited Fast Aid around 4-5 times in the last two years. Their appointment scheduling system is user-friendly and usually has an available time slot. The reception area is tidy and efficient in checking you in. The physician assistants (PAs) are cordial, meticulous, and welcoming.

I went on a Friday right before the holidays. I was nervous that they will not be friendly but it was the total opposite. The young lady in the front was amazing I wish I got her name but unfortunately did not. I was very happy with my services!

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean with plenty of seating. Didn’t have to wait long. And Dr. Wilson was thorough and answered all my questions.

Dr was amazing and was empathetic to me and my seeing me in so much pain. Only thing was that the male nurse who gave me the injections should have injected straight in instead of sideways which was very painful and made me bleed but at that point I didn't care if I was hit by a car I was in so much pain.

The wait was short and everyone was friendly.

After not feeling well, I went to Fast Aid online and quickly made an appointment for that morning. I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was received in the office prior to my appointment time. I saw NP Wilson, explained my situation and he examined & diagnosed my symptoms and prescribed meds & what to watch for in case symptoms worsened. I felt comfortable that I was being treated efficiently and no long wait times to be seen was a plus.

Such a great experience there. Got out from my appointment and started texting all my family and friends about this clinic. Wonderful staff and service! Will definitely be coming back!

Came in right after opening, got in quick, seen by the doctor quick, got out quick. I was able to use my HSA card to make my co-payment and then I was able to get back to work without any issues. I'd definitely recommend this location if you want help efficiently and effectively.

This place is so quick! My husband took our son and was in and out within 1 hour. That was with them taking X-rays. We had previously taken him to next care and they were so dismissive and didn’t do X-rays and only pushed around on his foot. Come to find out, he had a fracture. Thank you Fast Aid for giving us the answers we needed! We will use this place for any other urgent needs we have!

I took my mom to the urgent care right after she was seen by her PCM. I didn't think she was thoroughly diagnosed. Thankfully the medical staff at this urgent care listened to her and discovered a potentially serious condition, printed out a referral, and directed us straight to the ER. We were told she had Diverticulosis that could have resulted in surgery if it hadn't been detected in time. Thank God for this staff. ???
