I went back a 3rd time, this time I got a microdermabrasion and facial that included extraction/red light therapy/steaming. My face looks so refreshed and clean already even though I’m only on day 2. Microdermabrasion. Service was great! Procedure was great! Faye did a great job explaining everything. She did not pressure me into anything. After explaining things she told me it was up to me. I researched laser hair removal for a few years and I was a little afraid that it would be painful so I kept putting it off. One day I just decided to do it and I am very pleased with the results. I have a lot of hair follicles and my hair grows insanely fas. I noticed a significant decrease in hair density and how quickly hair grows in one visit. After two visits, the hair under my arms barely grows anymore. I noticed results very quick. As far as pain, if you have had a Brazilian wax, laser honestly isnt worst than that. If you're considering Laser Hair Removal, do it! The only person to see is Faye at True Laser. She manages expectations very well, no surprises. I have course dark hair and I've had 10 sessions. After 6 sessions about 75% of the hair was gone. Three more sessions got rid of a bit more and the hair that is still there is much finer and softer than before. I'm hoping 2 more sessions will do it. Faye is honest about what to expect and very kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

UPDATE 10/2023: I paid a LOT of money for 9 laser hair treatments (I ended up getting 3 more because it wasn’t gone after 6) and expected all of the hair to be gone. It’s not. I’m very disappointed. Also, when the laser was turned up, it hurt a lot. Also, the one and only person working there was pushy. 11/2022: I’ve had two laser hair removal treatments and the hair growth has slowed already! I can’t wait for no more shaving after all six treatments. It’s a laser, so it does hurt a little bit, but I was completely fine right after both appointments.

Great experience. Everyone is very professional and the service was great. I am a dark skinned african American woman and i had very course hair to my face and chin. But after 4 of my 6 recommended treatments I saw great results. treatments were working well. I no longer feel embarrassed when someone's close to me no longer feel that I have a 5 0' clock shadow because I don't. I no longer have to shave my face every 2 to 3 days. I came in to get touch up from hair removal at a different place I went to years ago. The experience here was much better and more professional all around also with better results. I am african american male with type 4, moderately thick hair, and brown skin. Faye uses an ND Yag 1064 laser (needed for people with darker than fair skin) which yeilded painless and smooth results after 6 sessions. Faye is professional and treats everyone equally. After searching for a while, Faye was the first who was willing to take me as a client even though I am male and wanted more intimate areas done. My overall experience was nothing short of pleasant and truly comfortable.

Faye does an excellent job ensuring I'm comfortable and satisfied with each laser session. She calls me the day before to make sure I can still make our appointment. I feel safe at the facility and it is super clean. Faye asks how I'm feeling if the laser is strong and adjusts to my pain tolerance on request. I purchased a package of sessions for different areas on a promotion. Some negotiation is possible if you're treating multiple areas or buying several sessions at once. I felt the sale was a bit pressured in-person, but I don't think most people go into a laser spa NOT expecting to get the procedure done the same day, or at least that's how she made it seem. Overall though, I don't regret my decision one bit. It's really nice to not have to shave but maybe once a month or not at all for some areas. Another plus I didn't expect was my acne significantly improved in my underarms. No shaving and no pimples! You should expect to go back for several treatments over time if you have really dark or thick hair. The one con about pretty much any laser treatment though is the area you're treating can become less sensitive to touch over time. Just something to consider longer term and not be shocked about afterwards All-in-all, I think Faye is a great provider and I am very pleased with my results.

I’m on treatment number four. I’m doing under arm. Bakini butt and upper inner thigh. Great personal service that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was important for me to feel safe and secure. The treatment is warm and with cooling effects to help. She even gave me some frozen wheels to help during my first treatment. So far I have little to no hair. I was also given the option of a payment plan. I highly recommend.

Hi, I would like to share, going to True Lazer Spa has truly been a great experience. Ms. Faye is one of the best, when I first start going about two months ago I was really scared because I have heard many scary stories but she reinsure to me everything will be ok and I’m glad I trusted her. I once was a waxed who would wax my face atleast twice a week that’s 8 times a month but now I Lazer my face chin area and it has boost my confidence to another level! I only go once a month and as the we move forward my times will get shorter. Very professional, kind and Clean, I highly recommend the results will change your life.

Very professional and clean which is very important to me. I suffer with dark spots from chicken pox when I was younger and I tried everything for them to go away. Laser hair removal was always something I wanted due to unwanted hair on my neck and chin. However it was too pricey. I am in the medical profession and as you know we are going through a pandemic. I have been trying to lose some lower belly and back fat, but with the stress of work and going through a miscarriage, I came to true laser spa for help. After 6 sessions I saw results and even paid for more sessions of laser fat removal. I do have to say that I was skeptical at first, but after seeing results, I am a believer. I went to True Laser Spa for hair removal on my chin and mustache. I was told there would be a total of 6 treatments and they provided a payment plan. I was very skeptical and did my research and asked a lot of questions. She explained the process and how things would feel and how I would be impressed after my first treatment. After my first treatment the hair on my chin started to grow back and I began to rub my chin where the hair was and the hair would aucome right out. It was unbelievable, then I began to pull the short hairs and they would come out in my fingertips. By the time my second treatment came around I didn't have any chin hairs or mustache hair . The second treatment went just like the first treatment. I also noticed the black marks on my chin are starting to get lighter. I began to ask about other services because I was very impressed from the results of the hair removal. I normally don't write reviews, however I rely on them when I make purchases. If you are tired of growing a mustache and hair on you chin going to True Laser Spa is worth the investment.
