Yes! I came in with excruciating pain in my back and abdomen. The whole staff was incredible in helping me. I have to say that PA Shannon Trantham was incredible! I was in severe pain and she remained calm and very helpful. She also took the time to help me find and schedule a STAT CT scan for me. She went out of her way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Once I had the CT scan, she followed up with me within hours. I just moved to the area about a month ago. I was impressed with how welcoming the environment was. The nurse and doctor I had were awesome. They did the test that were needed and got me on antibiotics. They was no wait time and I was in and out within 35 minutes.

The PA was hesitant to overprescribe antibiotics which I appreciate; but also gave us an opportunity to call if it just isn't getting better and we can fill a prescription at a later time. I felt very heard here, the entire staff was so genuine and thorough. The staff member doing my EKG explained where every single lead was going and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The PA and assistant were phenomenal, very clear and repeated to me the instructions going forward. Their care and concern for my future health was very sincere. Recently, had 3 members of my family at urgent care. No appointment was necessary. We were able to walk in and were promptly treated. The staff were efficient, professional, and demonstrated a caring and friendly bedside demeanor. They treated our symptoms and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed prior to us leaving. They had no idea that I’m a nurse in our community. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care they provided. I was immediately glad I chose urgent care for our needs. I would definitely recommend and use again. It’s reassuring to know they are serving our community.

These people really have the passion and the understanding to help patients. I have a fear of injections and typically try to take a pill approach when I get sick, the staff here worked with me to find options that would suit me for the illness I have. They were actually my 2nd urgent care today, the first was m15 urgent care and the doctor refused care aside from multiple injections and stormed out of the room when I politely told him I did not consent to injections. It was very jarring and stressful for me so my relief was monumental when the Pine Knob urgent care staff were kind and willing to help me in a way that wouldn't be fear or trauma-inducing! Cut my nuckles today went to McLaren next door to pine knob urgent care sst in there bleeding threw my gauze bandage with a plastic bag on my hand and they let 2 other people be seen before me on Minor stuff so went next door to pine knob and receptionist got me a new gauze instantly and had me right in ladies there awesome Dr ext highly recommend will go there again thanks alot

Everyone I had contact with were extremely patient and caring. Clean facility and knowledgeable team. I am new to the area and I’m impressed. I will definitely return if needed.

The staff treated me like a person and not a disease. They were courteous and professional and spoke directly to me in a conversation that was understood by both myself and my spouse who has no medical background at all. That was greatly appreciated!!! I would not hesitate to go to Pine Knob Urgent Care again in the future. The wait for service was minimal and I was out of there in a speedy fashion. All staff was extremely friendly and efficient!

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! I made an online appointment for 9:15, they got us in by 9:25 and we were done with a script called in by 9:40! I was able to pick the script up on the way home and get my daughter started on antibiotics. Thank you Pine Knob UC!

The amount of just absolute rude people that come in here I am so amazed at how nice and helpful every single staff member still is. People don’t realize that when hundreds of people a day are trying to come in for a test and there are <10 workers there is going to be a wait… come prepared lol I don’t know what else to tell you. Very very friendly staff and I got my PCR results in 24 hours.

Everyone there is Friendly and compassionate. I have to go there more than I go to my own doctor because nowadays it’s almost impossible to get an appointment. I called to get a covid test appt and there were times available throughout the day. I was offered both tests which was very comforting. They called right at a half hour to tell me results. I was asked if I had chatted with a provider and I said no. Within 5 minutes, I received a call and the NP was able to confirm what I suspected. She called in a script and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours. The nurse that assisted me for the covid test was kind, caring and thorough when giving me information. Great job Pine Knob Urgent care.

Very friendly and didn’t have to wait. Was clean and COVID friendly. Also exam was not rushed , explained the symptoms, the solution in detail and made sure all my questions were answered.

The ladies there are amazing! I had to get an X-ray of my foot today and had my son with me whose still in a car seat. They had no problem watching him and keeping him busy! I’ll def be coming back!

Pine knob urgent care is our go to for our family of 6. We have seen them many times for strep, ear infections etc!! And now COVID testing. They are fast and friendly. We will not go anywhere else.

What an amazing staff they have here! Very caring and very fast! My son broke his arm and we were in and out in 1 hour with X-rays and a temporary cast. We made the mistake of going to McLaren Emergency first and after almost an hour of waiting there the only thing my son received was an ice pack. We will be going to Pine Knob Urgent Care for anything we can going forward.

Covid testing is very well managed. Online signups and telemedicine to confirm details prior to testing went very smoothly. Testing done from car was quick and rapid tests were back reasonably quick.

Never could really say that I enjoyed a Urgent Care visit but they make it easy for me to say that I have enjoyed every visit. *urgent care visit* Was in and out in a quick amount of time. Dr. Rick figured out what was wrong that my primary care had missed. Got a steroid shot and my allergic reaction went down a lot by the end of the day. I very much appreciate this urgent care. They are all kind. Id reccomened them to anyone.

I went to the PKUC directly after breaking my collar bone. I showed up just before they were to close (yeah, I was that guy). They were very quick and got an xray done that clearly showed it was broken. I was given a sling, a prescription, and a couple of business cards for orthopedic surgeons and was out of there in less than an hour. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.

I just went to get a covid test and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get tested. Very friendly on the phone as well as the one who gave me my test.

My wife and I got COVID-19 tested here, both rapid test and the more authoritative PCR test, and both came back negative thankfully. They have a lot of inbound call volume now and their phone system is kind of janky which makes it hard to get through but if you keep trying you should be able to make it. I was able to make a same-day appointment on a Saturday by calling first thing in the morning. Seems like a nice place.

This place is amazingly quick and courteous with their COVID testing!! I never have waited “too long” for my test results to come back and I feel comfortable going there. Their nurses are nice and good at their job. You don’t even have to get out of your car! I definitely recommend.

I have been to Pine Knob Urgent Care on two occasions with mild symptoms, and during both visits I had the best experience I ever had at a medical institution. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. The most amazing part was a few days after I went I received a phone call from the Urgent Care asking how my ear infection was healing! Really made me feel that they care about their patients!

Went in to check my ankle to see if it was sprained, broken and or fractured. The staff was amazing!! I'm a person that hates to go to the doctor and they made me feel at ease, informed and all around relaxed!! My go to from now on!!!

This urgent care delivered caring, competent services. Monica answered questions about Covid testing clearly on the phone. Hannah was an outstanding medical assistant and her blood draws were excellent. Mike the PA was great allowing time for questions, too. I highly recommend this clinic. They also do prompt COVID-19 testing.

They got me in quickly without an appointment, we’re very professional and the office is extremely clean. I would go back again and it’s a half an hour drive.

It was really easy to get a COVID-19 antibody test here. They even had my results earlier than estimated. The only thing that I wish was better would be that they would believe me that I had it back in December. I'm guessing my case was just counted as asymptomatic, even though I had a cold that was just like it, at the end of December, and my test proved that I had it at some point...

I was very impressed. Arriving for the first time on Saturday morning in the middle of cold and flu season. Waited less than an hour to get in to a room. The doctor was in in just a few moments. She actually listen to what I had to say (Unlike most I’ve seen recently). And left feeling I was cared for

I started at quality urgent care and they took forever and were extremely rude, so I left and came to Pine Knob Urgent Care. The people at Pine Knob were so friendly and got me in and out of there quickly, even with having to take xrays and everything. I highly recommend coming to Pine Knob Urgent Care!! Every person I came in contact with was extremely nice and efficient!!

Been here a few time since this place opened and I feel like they set a new standard for urgent care. Everybody working always seems nice and in a good mood, and it’s always quick in and out. I even went in once 2 minutes before closing and they gladly checked out my daughter. If you ever need an urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.

After calling another urgent care to find out if it was okay to bring my daughter in 15 minutes before close and not being sincerley told yes; I called Pine knob urgent care. I’m so glad I did. The PA Lisa made a big difference in my daughters eyes, of urgent care facilities. She took her time and even brought out a side of my daughter that few see. I appreciated that they TESTED for what they were seeing and did not prescribe unnecessary antibiotics. My daughter got a popsicle out of the deal. Thank you Lisa 😊

Great clinic! Short wait and friendly staff. Dr.Jaggi was very personable and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and asked the right questions. Open every day. This was my first visit and, if needed, I will go there again.

Went in last week to get a steroid shot for my eczema break out and the staff was absolutely amazing. They listened to what I was saying and listened to the route of treatment I preferred without trying to steer me in a different direction like a lot of other doctors do. I was in and out in under an hour if not 45 minuets. I even received a follow up call checking up on how I was doing. Some of the best care I've ever been given at any doctors or urgent care. Will definitely be making the drive back out if need be!

I love going to Pine Knob Urgent Care when anything is wrong. They get me in and out quickly. The staff is amazing.

I am so thankful for this place. They offer a "self pay" rate of $75 regardless of what they do during your appointment (e.g. includes tests/medications/exam.) I have been here twice now, once while I was uninsured and once when I had out of state insurance and it has allowed me access to care that I would have been otherwise unable to afford. They provide excellent care and are very friendly. Also, even with about 6 or 7 people ahead of me, I only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen.

Thank you Pine knob urgent care! I needed a few stitches and you guys took great care. I was in and out and everyone was friendly. Not the first time I've been there either. I've had my kids in before and had the same service. So great to have a local place that cares and is so friendly.

Thank you Pine Knob Urgent Care for the great service! I brought my 13 year old son in yesterday for stitches in his hand. The staff was courteous and kind. We did not have to wait long to be seen. Our PA did a great job in closing the laceration quickly, while taking the time to calmly explain to my son what he was doing through out the procedure. As an ER/Trauma nurse, I must say that the wound closure is pretty, too... and his scar should be minimal ;-).

My husband and I have both been here a few times. Very pleased with the care we have received every time. We will continue to go here even though there are several urgent care facilities closer to our home.

Been to this office several times. As with any walk in clinic, you never know the wait time. Lobby is always pretty quiet. Doctors and staff have always been pleasant.

Such a great caring staff, very pleased. They took great care of me with my broken foot, made me as comfortable as possible, visit/X-rays/and splint within an hour and a half, much better than any other urgent care I've been to. They even wheeled me out in a wheelchair to my car. I will definitely recommend them and go back for any other medical treatment. Thank you so much, bless you all, amazing work and knowledge!

Pine Knob Urgent Care is hands down the BEST! We've seen both doctors and they are equally as kind, attentive & thorough! They went above and beyond for us. This level of care is rare to find elsewhere, and we highly recommend this team!
