These people really have the passion and the understanding to help patients. I have a fear of injections and typically try to take a pill approach when I get sick, the staff here worked with me to find options that would suit me for the illness I have. They were actually my 2nd urgent care today, the first was m15 urgent care and the doctor refused care aside from multiple injections and stormed out of the room when I politely told him I did not consent to injections. It was very jarring and stressful for me so my relief was monumental when the Pine Knob urgent care staff were kind and willing to help me in a way that wouldn't be fear or trauma-inducing! I 100% recommend them to anyone with health issues. Unparalleled service by wonderful people

We got there just about 10 min before they closed and they got us in and treated us with great care as if it wasn't almost time to leave. Thank you sooo much for helping my daughter and giving her the care she needed.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I like that your wait time and place in line are displayed. PA Bell was very through and friendly. She answered all my questions and was very reassuring! She also consulted with the other PA on staff to make sure they were giving me the best answer! Very organized and patient friendly!

I've gone to many an ER and urgent care for treatment of severe asthma attacks. Some with very unpleasant results. I made online appointment in the middle of the night to see a doctor at 9:00am. On New Year's Eve. The registration on line was excellent. The wait time to see the doctor on a holiday was a worry that didn't matter. The front desk people, nurse and Doctor were unbelievably kind, friendly and patient. Dr Novin spent a great deal of time, listened and had an exceptional knowledge of asthma. Finding a doctor who doesn't treat you as a 'statistic' or 'generalized' knowledge of asthma was comforting and a wonderful surprise. This is the third time I've used this location. Hopefully won't be back but if necessary- feel confident in returning!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was so thankful to be able to get rid of my migraine. The medical assistant was so sweet, as soon as I entered the exam room and told him I had a migraine, he turned off the lights, closed the shade, gave me an ice pack, and some water. I was really impressed by that. The physician assistant was so compassionate as well. Plus, the girls at the front desk were so kind and compassionate as well. Thank you all for helping me yesterday.

I was very impressed. Arriving for the first time on Saturday morning in the middle of cold and flu season. Waited less than an hour to get in to a room. The doctor was in in just a few moments. She actually listen to what I had to say (Unlike most I've seen recently). And left feeling I was cared for

Dr. Newblat is great. Winters can be a wait because of the people. Dr. Newblat and his staff saved my wife's life by identifying a blood clot.

I came in tonight and the staff and their NP was fast and efficient. The office was very clean.

I started at quality urgent care and they took forever and were extremely rude, so I left and came to Pine Knob Urgent Care. The people at Pine Knob were so friendly and got me in and out of there quickly, even with having to take xrays and everything. I highly recommend coming to Pine Knob Urgent Care!! Every person I came in contact with was extremely nice and efficient!!

Been here a few time since this place opened and I feel like they set a new standard for urgent care. Everybody working always seems nice and in a good mood, and it's always quick in and out. I even went in once 2 minutes before closing and they gladly checked out my daughter. If you ever need an urgent care, this is definitely the place to go.

After calling another urgent care to find out if it was okay to bring my daughter in 15 minutes before close and not being sincerley told yes; I called Pine knob urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The PA Lisa made a big difference in my daughters eyes, of urgent care facilities. She took her time and even brought out a side of my daughter that few see. I appreciated that they TESTED for what they were seeing and did not prescribe unnecessary antibiotics. My daughter got a popsicle out of the deal. Thank you Lisa

Great clinic! Short wait and friendly staff. Dr.Jaggi was very personable and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and asked the right questions. Open every day. This was my first visit and, if needed, I will go there again.

Went in last week to get a steroid shot for my eczema break out and the staff was absolutely amazing. They listened to what I was saying and listened to the route of treatment I preferred without trying to steer me in a different direction like a lot of other doctors do. I was in and out in under an hour if not 45 minuets. I even received a follow up call checking up on how I was doing. Some of the best care I've ever been given at any doctors or urgent care. Will definitely be making the drive back out if need be!

Thank you Pine knob urgent care! I needed a few stitches and you guys took great care. I was in and out and everyone was friendly. Not the first time I've been there either. I've had my kids in before and had the same service. So great to have a local place that cares and is so friendly.

Thank you Pine Knob Urgent Care for the great service! I brought my 13 year old son in yesterday for stitches in his hand. The staff was courteous and kind. We did not have to wait long to be seen. Our PA did a great job in closing the laceration quickly, while taking the time to calmly explain to my son what he was doing through out the procedure. As an ER/Trauma nurse, I must say that the wound closure is pretty, too... and his scar should be minimal ;-).

My husband and I have both been here a few times. Very pleased with the care we have received every time. We will continue to go here even though there are several urgent care facilities closer to our home.

Been to this office several times. As with any walk in clinic, you never know the wait time. Lobby is always pretty quiet. Doctors and staff have always been pleasant.

Such a great caring staff, very pleased. They took great care of me with my broken foot, made me as comfortable as possible, visit/X-rays/and splint within an hour and a half, much better than any other urgent care I've been to. They even wheeled me out in a wheelchair to my car. I will definitely recommend them and go back for any other medical treatment. Thank you so much, bless you all, amazing work and knowledge!

Pine Knob Urgent Care is hands down the BEST! We've seen both doctors and they are equally as kind, attentive & thorough! They went above and beyond for us. This level of care is rare to find elsewhere, and we highly recommend this team!

Waiting room was clean and the wait was minimal. Each person I dealt with was friendly and actually genuine with their treatment and care. I would absolutely go back if I was in the area and in need of quick, thorough care.

I drove from White Lake to this urgent care yesterday and I have to say it's worth the drive. It's the first urgent care I've been to that feels like a real doctors office. It's clean, they are quick and friendly. They ran several tests quickly and got me out.

I would highly recommend going here. The staff, nurse, and doctor were very caring, and you didn't have to wait a long time to be seen. From start to finish I was there maybe 40 minutes top. I'm so thankful to have found this place, it definitely will be my go to when I can't get in with my regular doctor.

I will go back here in a heartbeat! They treated my little girl right away and were beyond friendly and caring. They put me and her at ease. I have never experienced such great care at an Urgent Care facility before. The nurses and Doctor were AMAZING!

While waiting for my flu results the doctor asked if I would like the light turned off so I could rest.

Even though my wait time was a little long, which was no fault of Pine Knob Urgent Care at all. There were so many sick little ones waiting to be seen, so I didn't mind the wait at all. When I was finally seen the staff was so very friendly, and made me & my family feel right at home. I had never heard of another doctor coming from another hospital after their shift ended, just to help out because they were busy. My husband & I thought that was awesome!!

Nice, clean facility and staff was quick and caring. I was in and out in an hour for severe back pain. They even took EKG to rule out anything more serious. They had a nice kids come we with tablets and toys, kids even kept busy and entertained. Highly recommend!

I was in and out last Saturday morning in under an hour. I left with two scripts. Now five days later, I feel better than I have the previous 10 days! So glad I found this place. I have been to other urgent cares in my area, and waited way too long, and received terrible service. This place was great. I hope they don't lose their way. I will definitely go back when I need too! 5 stars!
