I can honestly say my experience here was 1000% better than expected due to terrible experiences at other Urgent Cares in my area. Great interactions with nurses, & an amazing doctor who listened to my issues & acted accordingly to help me get through a crazy work weekend. My experience at Get Well was really good. They were kind and courteous. My wait time was average. The NP's were knowledgeable and ran the necessary tests to determine what was going on with me and proceeded with the correct COA. I am in much better health thanks to them. They work with everything they have and provide with what they can do. If they do not have the necessary equipment for testing, then they will direct you where you can receive the help. The facility may need some minor attention. However, the facility is just place where they conduct their business and does not determine in any way how they employees operate. Overall, a great place!

Was only mildly ill, but it was persistent. It was 3 weeks out to get appt with my primary doc, so I gave these guys a try. I was a walk-in, only waited 10-15 minutes to be seen. Provider LISTENED to me, examined me, and verified I had what I thought I had and I was treating it correctly, gave me average timeline to wellness and what symptoms would raise the concern level to re-visit or ER. That's all I really needed to know. Office was clean. Staff were nice. I will definitely use again if I have something that doesn't need an ER but I don't want to wait 4-6 weeks to see my primary. Overall, very good experience.

I had gone to the ER the day before coming here. The ER did not do anything for me but prescribed a nasal spray! Having a sinus infection, I had a migraine, stuffy nose, constant coughing! The wait was not long as soon as I was in the back I waited no longer than 5 minutes for the provider to come in and listen to me. They prescribed me all of the right medications and I am feeling better the same night as being seen!! I'm so thankful!!

She helped me more than I expected and listened to the issue I was having. The front staff were friendly as well and I didn't have any issues with them. I really appreciate that my visit went smoothly. Update: I just want to thank Daryl once again. Because after being turned away from the ER, Daryl saved my legs. It sounds exaggerated but because of her sending me to get an MRI which the ER refused to give me they were able to see that I had such a huge lumbar herniation that it was pressing right on my nerves which meant I needed urgent surgery.. I am now recovering from my spine surgery that I had at UCSF and the doctors said the same exact thing, I was in luck that I could still even walk because the herniation should've never allowed me to. Thank you for all the doctors here that listen and care about their patients.

I highly recommend Get Well Urgent Care! Patients First Urgent care closed an hour and a half early. Fountain View Urgent Care didn't have a provider to see us. They did give us a list of urgent cares around us, so I tried the nearest one...Get Well Urgent Care. They were AMAZING! The staff was SO sweet. They didn't have a ton of forms to fill out, and we only waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. That was only because they had to fill out paperwork for my son and I to both be seen for strep throat. The doctor was fast and thorough and sent our prescriptions out right away. I won't be going to a different urgent care anymore. They have amazing hours and they are even open 7 days a week.

I enjoy coming to this urgent care. Every time I go I get treated well and all the staff are very nice and respectful.

Personally I like coming to this urgent care rather than the hospital. Every time I come in with my kiddos we always get treated with respect and treated very well. Yes there are times that we have to wait and it seems like it's forever but I'll take this wait over the hospital wait. All the nurses and providers do their job very well and try to do the best that they can. Great job Staff in all you guys do and thank you for always treating me and my kiddos well.

I really like this facility. They are always so nice and listen to what I have to say instead of tuning me out, which is what most medical professionals tend to do. I came in there today after 6:00pm (6:07 to be exact), because I needed a refill on my inhaler, plus I was going to ask if they could get me set up with a nebulizer. They are supposed to stop taking patients at 6:00pm but the receptionist Erica was so sweet, and she let me check in anyway. This is by far the best Urgent Care facility I have ever been to. I've been to other ones in the past and I was not impressed with any of them at all. I've been going to this Urgent Care on Olive in Merced now for about 2 years and they are my go to when I can't get in to see my doctor right away. I highly recommend choosing this facility first, before going to any other Urgent Care in or around the Merced area.

My 6 year old daughter was scared and in so much pain from an accident. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made my daughter and the rest of my kids who were under distress feel safe. 10/10 would visit again

Excellent Care given to my 2 year old. My child was seen in Children Hospital and they sent my child home the same and told me, child has some viral issues and despite that child was not doing well and brought my child here, when i was in the waiting room and they took me in immediately as their nurse told the doctor that child is not well and mother is panicking. Doctor observed my child and treated child with right medications and clinic called next day to enquire about how my child is doing. 10 out of 10 for Get well clinic.

She had a traumatic experience at her previous doctors office when they did an ear lavage so it was difficult for her to trust this time would be different. This past weekend, I had taken my 17 yr old son into see if he had a dislocated shoulder from playing football the night before. From the time I signed in and was called back to a room...it was no more than 20 minutes if that. Once we were in the room, the attending MD had came in almost right away. He examined my son, then conducted an ultrasound on the injured shoulder. Determined that it was a partial dislocation. From the minute the Dr walked in the office to the time he was done, I could not have asked for a better physician to have seen my son. The dr was able to relax my son enough by distracting him with conversation and popped his shoulder back in place. Through the whole experience the office staff and the attending MD, I probably won't go to any other urgent care now.

This was the 3rd visit to this urgent care. Every time has been great. You won't find a better staff anywhere. They get you in and out as fast as possible but still take the time to listen to you and make sure all of your questions are answered. They don't rush through the visit. You can trust that you are getting the best care. On one visit, My husband had to wait a little longer but it was well worth it. You won't find a better urgent care!

I took my mom in last week . The doctor was knowledgable .They took really good care of my mom and told me what to do at home. Only $200 self-pay for the first visit. $100 for the follow-up. She had a cut and wasn't sure if I should go to the emergency room. The Urgent Care doctor said they could take care of me right there. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience, care, and price.

They are amazing here! From checking in to checking out the experience was easy. The medical receptionist was super welcoming and made checking in to be seen for a scratch on my eye super easy and their provider Dr. Lu she was so sweet and kind during my exam to see the damage my son caused and prescribed medication for my eye. Did I mention how quickly they got me in and out of the clinic? 10/10 recommend for any urgent care needs for you and your family. You are taken care of here !!

I appreciate all of their hard efforts during these Covid times when my PCP refused to see me and told me to go to this urgent care for the injury I had. There was a little bit of wait but they treated my injury very well as the female doctor seems very efficient while treating me. Thank God, I chose not to go to ER as I was waiting last time for almost 12 hours in the ER for my child's rash. I would Highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone I know.

I booked a COVID testing appointment - but ended up waiting for 50min to finally get swabbed. Much better than drive through at other places I had been to. I think this is best place in the Valley to get tested for covid. I was in Turlock 1 month ago waiting for 4 hours and then they told me that they dont have staff to get me tested today, so i had to go to Manteca waited for 1 day to get myself scheduled. Everyone I interacted here at Getwell was super nice , professional and tries their best to get everyone through quickly.

I took my daughter in yesterday for urgent matters , first they told me they are over capacity with Patrick us. But then the doctor made an exception to see her. This is the care that is rare , a human touch!!

I recently came down with bronchitis and went in to be seen. I was told I could go home and have a teledoc visit and the doctor prescribed me medicine that worked and had me feeling better within days! My sons became sick a few days later and I called and had another teledoc call for them and they did the same for my sons. I can't begin to tell you how amazing the doctor and staff are and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen quick by a caring doctor and staff!

I have gone to Getwell Urgent care a few times and I always see Dr. Gary. I must say he is amazing, I highly recommend meeting with him when going to urgent care. If you follow their protocol (which is very clear there won't be any surprises! I highly recommend coming here :) *Pre registering online does not mean you have an appointment this is only for inputting your information in the system* You still have to go and check in. Great job by Doctor Gary and his crew. I drove in late on a Sunday afternoon with a head wound suffered near Yosemite a few hours before. The doctor and his med tech cleaned me up, persuaded me to get the care I needed, including seven sutures. Yesterday, I had these removed by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who said the work was excellent! Thank you for seeing me and making me safe after my unexpected mishap.

My daughter was having ear pain for three. On the fourth day I tried to schedule an appointment at her doctor's, due to my work schedule I was unable to get an appointment. My mom told me about Get Well Urgent Care and how great they where when my sister got sick. I took my daughter there after I got off work. All the staff was nice and helpful. My daughter was seen in a timely manner and was given medication for an ear infection.

Always very prompt and very friendly. We are always in and out in under an hour. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

My husband and I found out that this clinic was offering COVID vaccinations....We called and we got an appointment that same day. The staff was great and the doctor was very kind and had a great smile.

Getwell Urgent care is amazing. Doctors here are wonderful and the medical assistants and and front office staff are so nice and professional. Its no fun being sick, and everyone helps make it a pleasant Doctor visit.There is very little to no wait time there. I definitely recommend if your sick or get injured.

Excellent service

Very efficient and professional! I had made an error in booking the appointment . I didn't click the code to confirm, but the young girl at the desk fixed it and I was seen in 5 minutes and had results in 20 minutes! I highly recommend Getwell Urgent Care!

Quick & efficient!

Excellent, efficient center for Urgent Care. My heart goes out to the admins who are dealing with an endless stream of patients and walk-ins. I found everyone at the desk very friendly and accommodating as possible considering the sheer volume of testing. The clinicians and the doctor who attended to me were also very kind and informative. Very helpful to have this quick service that they offer. Can't thank them enough when I'm trying to keep my children in school while protecting others. I had an all around positive experience.

Everyone was so kind from the front desk to the person giving me my covid test. And I had no wait time. I was very anxious and acting like a big baby, thinking the swab would be painful, but they made me feel comfortable and then I felt silly because the swab was painless, she was so gentle. I definitely will come here again!

I've tested 3 times for COVID each at different Urgent Cares. Getwell Urgent Care has easily been the best experience so far. Super friendly, informative, and punctual staff. This urgent care is probably the only urgent care that opens a little later. Very thankful for it! They are very fast and Dr. Singh was great! He helped me with my injury and him and his staff all stayed past 6 to help me out.

Get well urgent care was fantastic! Very fast, compassionate service. The office was super clean and the chairs in the waiting room were spaced out very well for covid. Every staff member was super kind. I would go here again for any and all urgent care needs!

I went in for a last minute women's exam last week. They were able to see me quicky which I appreciated at the time, because I was very anxious and uncomfortable. The woman p.a who helped me was kind and told me to wait a few days for results. I called almost every day and they were never rude or short with me. Thank you ladies. God bless you.

I got excellent care here! They were able to get me an appointment very quickly and the Dr. was so kind and explained everything to me. She even knew which pharmacy was open late! It was great. I did not have health ins and the appt cost me $120. I was more than happy to pay it for the great care I received.

I went in for a test in and out within 30 mins, this place was extremely efficient and courteous in scheduling my test. Got my results on time with an email! Definitely going there next time! Great Ethics!

Best urgent care

Getwell Urgent Care and Doctor Singh are the best. Merced is blessed to have them. They cared for my mother-in-law after a fall. Not only did she receive the best possible care including serious wound care and stitches but Dr. Singh's concern for her safety and well-being was above and beyond anything we have experienced. I received exceptional health care from Dr Gary Singh. I walked into the urgent care that morning, and by the end of the afternoon I had received X ray results back, and had multiple follow up conversations with Dr Singh who was kind enough to call me personally to follow up that same day. Highly recommend this clinic for quick, quality health care.

Normally I prefer to have an in person appointment but it's understandable due to Covid that we aren't able to do that for now. The telemedicine appointment was different, something we have to get used to with this pandemic . The doctor was super helpful and caring. I totally recommend get well urgent care.

The best professional doctor. He listens to you and take care your health needs really well. It's a new medical clinic in Merced. He is accepting new primary care patients. I liked him so well that now I have him as my primary care doctor.
