Never really been to an urgent care center before but I had a great experience with this one. Clogged both ears from getting water in them while swimming. Called a few ear doctors and no one had appointments available for the same day. Finally decided to call this place. I'm very appreciative of the transparent pricing, plus the friendly receptionist and efficient and competent doctor. In and out quickly. Can't really ask for more. Highly recommend.

It took less than 20 minutes between the time I arrived, completed the paperwork and met with the doctor. The staff was very professional. The diagnosis was quick and explained in detail. An antibiotic injection and a couple of prescriptions have me on the mend. I spent hours researching local urgent care facilities with most having bad reviews. This one was the best and I highly recommend them.

I brought my son here for a debilitating Migraine. All the staff were professional & caring. The Doctor was attentive & thorough. He listened well & after treating my son, he kept checking on him to see how he was doing. He is very knowledgable, experienced & pleasant. We have always had good experiences at this Clinic & it has become our Go-to Urgent Clinic. I like that they have also added IV Vitamin treatments to this Clinic.

It's been quite some time since I've visited Kingwood Urgent Care Clinic (since 2017!), but the service and care were just as I remembered. I was very happy with the time it took to get checked in (as a new patient) and be seen by a doctor. Much easier to get into than my primary care physician when I just needed to be seen for an upper respiratory infection. Really happy!

I presented to the Kingwood Urgent Care Clinic on a stormy Saturday morning and was seen by Dr. Nguyen. He patiently listened to the symptoms I was experiencing, carefully reviewed the lab results I had available, explained what could be causing my medical issues, and developed a treatment plan. He indicated that if my symptoms did not improve within 3 days, I should return back to see him. I felt as though I was at my own primary care doctor, not at an urgent care clinic with a doctor I never met before. Dr. Nguyen is so caring and professional. The treatment plan he recommended is working. I am grateful that he offered to see me back if I didn't get better – as we all know, primary care offices usually cannot schedule appointments as soon as that. I highly recommend this clinic and in particular, Dr. Nguyen. It will be my family's go-to urgent care clinic from here on out. Thank you so much.

I picked this urgent Care because a medical doctor was on call versus a PA or nurse practitioner- as at other places. Dr Z was fantastic. I was hoping he would do an x-ray of my lungs and he didn't hesitate and he gave me a thorough Exam and a lot of confidence in the results. This is where I will be going in the future.

I've been to this urgent care maybe four or five times in the past ten+ years. This visit, like others, was professional. The doctor is great at diagnosing. From check-in until I left was about 30 minutes.

The clinic is a real asset here in Kingwood. We've been seeing them for urgent medical needs for years, from falling out of trees, stitches on two fingers, suspected fractures, and all the viruses and bacteria. They've always been very nice, thorough, and helpful.

Check in great as we have been before so information already there. Got the tetanus shot and antibiotic prescription but wish the doctor had unwrapped area and looked at area I assumed I needed antibiotic for. He did give a stronger salve than neosporin that I've been using.

Great visit, the doctor explained what was happening and what steps I needed to take to prevent further injury.

I went in for back pain and had a pleasant experience. I called twice before I went in with some questions and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and patient. I got to the clinic about 1010 and was called back by about 1030. The whole visit was about 1 1/2 hours because I needed some injections. The front desk receptionist was very kind and professional. Very nice experience here from staff to doctor. Thank you!

Two fingers on my left hand started locking up and causing incasing force to release. Dr Stanislaw diagnosed the problem and advised a surgical solution. We have brought our daughter twice here and its fast compared to the hospital ER. Reasonable prices if you do not have insurance.

Filled out the forms, got right in, saw doctor immediately, very thorough exam, x-ray, and out. Felt great about attention! If I need an urgent care again, this will be my first choice!!

This has become our "go-to" location whenever we are in need of urgent care. The doctor and the technician (he was new) were both wonderful, and I was especially impressed that the wait time was almost zero. Additionally, the front desk staff was efficient and got everything processed quickly. I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care services. I went in, barely able to move my neck. I was evaluated by Dr. I and Team for any neurological or nerve related symptoms, All turned out to be negative. I was quickly treated for an inflammatory buildup from arthritis in my neck, And am doing much better now thanks too Kingwood urgent care

I have had nothing but great experiences at Kingwood Urgent Care. They are very attentive and prompt. My wait time was short. I was seen by the nurse then MD shortly after. Medications were sent to my pharmacy promptly with full explanations for each. I did receive a steroid and antibiotic injection then assessed for a period of time before being discharged.

My visit was very speedy. I registered at the front desk and five minutes later I was in an exam room. A nurse took my vitals and gathered additional information right away. A doctor came in a few minutes later, diagnosed my issue and called in a prescription to my pharmacy. It was a fast, efficient and pleasant experience.

The wait is usually short (visited x4+) Staff (professional). Restroom/ lobby (clean ). Medical staff always professional, shows concerned with your illness. They will show printed results at end, if ask. The Drs. on staff are listeners, so tell them what really is your concerns. This is our family go to Urgent Care.

I was having a slight reaction to some medication I had been prescribed for a UTI by my primary care physician on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I decided I needed to see someone before Monday when my primary cares office opened. I went to Kingwood Urgent Care, I have been there a time or two prior, on Friday after Thanksgiving. They were extremely busy when I went the first time, I left and decided to go back a little later, this was a great move on my part. I went back around 4:30pm and I was seen within 30 minutes. The staff are great, very friendly and comforting and the doctor had a sense of humor and took great care of me. We are very lucky to have Kingwood Urgent Care in our area, it would have been awful to have to go to the ER at one of the hospitals in our area.

We have been seen here for 12 years now. From a dog bite, uti, sinus infection, bursitis, ingrown toe nail, hurt hand from a fall, eye infection and more... Dr. Z and Dr. I and their staff are very good at what they do and we are very thankful for them. We will continue to come to them for any and all of our medical needs and highly recommend them.

I have great experience when I go to KWUCC. These day's when you are sick you can not get in to see our regular doctor's office. I am pleased to know I always will have a respectful, facility to go to and the staff is great. Great urgent care !!! Doctors always make sure you are taking care of and you leave their feeling better than when you walk in!! This is the only Urgent Care I go to. I even take my kids here.

Everyone is polite and you always are treated very well. They only place that believes when you are very sick you may very well need antibiotics. I had been sick since Wednesday abd I went Sunday still very sick. I received 2 shots and prescriptions and today I am finally feeling better. They did run test on me to rule put other things. This is why I prefer this urgent care over all the others.

My husband visited due to acute stomach pain. He was quickly seen and diagnosed with a probably appendicitis. He was told to immediately go to an ER (was deemed stable enough to drive himself). He was at an ER within 45 minutes of walking into Kingwood Urgent Care. It was the correct diagnosis. We highly recommend this facility.

I do not have a primary care physician so I go to Kingwood Urgent Care whenever I am not feeling well. You do not need an appointment and the wait is usually not too long even on the weekends. The Dr. is thorough and always helps me get better.

Fast service for walk-in; excellent care, diagnosis & treatment; all staff were polite & kind

Every single time I come, I get treated excellent. I brought my daughter in because she was running a high fever for two days and of course her primary physician had no appointments available until Friday. She was checked out very thoroughly. The doctor checked for the flu, Covid and strep. She was positive for Strep. I was in and out in 45 minutes. By the time I got to the pharmacy, my prescription was ready.

Doctor saw me on Easter Sunday. Went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. Prompt, professional and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Kingwood Urgent Care. The staff are friendly. The doctors I see are very thorough. At my most recent visit, labs and imaging were done. They called me to follow up the next morning and brought me back in to check my blood pressure and go over labs with no extra copay. You don't find this exceptional care very often and never at an urgent care!

Even with multiple people in the waiting room, I was seen by a doctor, examined, diagnosed and treated in a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was engaging and courteous. I will certainly go back when I need urgent care.

This is a very good urgent care clinic. I've had to use the clinic several times and never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. The staff is very efficient and nice. The nurses are helpful and well trained. Now, I've seen the same doctor with each visit. I really like him. He explains my problems and goes a step farther by suggesting how to take care of myself. I really appreciate his feedback and his advice. Thank you.
