I highly recommend Kingwood Urgent Care. The staff are friendly. The doctors I see are very thorough. At my most recent visit, labs and imaging were done. They called me to follow up the next morning and brought me back in to check my blood pressure and go over labs with no extra copay. You don’t find this exceptional care very often and never at an urgent care!

Even with multiple people in the waiting room, I was seen by a doctor, examined, diagnosed and treated in a very reasonable amount of time. Staff was engaging and courteous. I will certainly go back when I need urgent care.

This is a very good urgent care clinic. I’ve had to use the clinic several times and never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. The staff is very efficient and nice. The nurses are helpful and well trained. Now, I’ve seen the same doctor with each visit. I really like him. He explains my problems and goes a step farther by suggesting how to take care of myself. I came in the clinic and it was busy. I was seen and out of the clinic in an hour. They took into account my drug allergies when coming up with a treatment plan. I’ve used Kingwood Urgent Care for many years for our family and never had a bad experience.

We took our 4 year old son in to be checked out. The front desk was very friendly and helpful! The nurse who came into the room wasn't rushing to get vitals and was patient with our son. The doctor listened and answered any questions that we had. He was also very nice. My husband and I go here when we need to be seen so we knew they would take care of our son.

Great experience! Went in on a Sunday morning. The entire staff (from check-in to check out) were professional, responsive and attentive. And efficient! - I was in and out in less than a half an hour, and my prescriptions automatically sent to the pharmacy (I can’t tell how many times the pharmacy doesn’t get my prescriptions even with my regular doctor). Can’t say enough great stuff about my experience here.

Top notch and friendly front desk. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent. He explained things at a level I could understand. Listened to what I was feeling and discussed the treatment plan with me. X-ray tech and RN were also very friendly and competent.

We love Kingwood Urgent Care. They always take good care of me and my family. I took my youngest there yesterday after dealing with a fever off an on for over a week and an incredibly bad cough. The physician he saw knew exactly what was going on and ordered a chest x-ray. Little man has pneumonia and I'm thankful that the team at Kingwood Urgent Care got him diagnosed, set up a treatment plan, and sent his prescriptions quickly to our pharmacy. I wish I knew the nurse's name that I had. She was professional, kind and caring and gave the best shots. She was young and brunette. Dr. I explained my situation very well, even wrote it down, due to his language barrier. I think Kingwood Urgent Care Clinic is a good place to go if needed.

I have been using Kingwood Urgent Care for years. The doctors and service is impeccable. I like the convenience of their late hours of operation and normally can be seen quickly.

Great care, and I was seen immediately, with no waiting. They took six X-rays. They put a knee brace and a wrist brace on me, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them for fast and effective treatment. Plus, everybody there was super nice!
