I was having a really hard morning and dealing with an embarrassing situation, but the entire staff made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and never judged, and their positive energy completely changed my day. He took the time to listen and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. I can’t recommend this office enough. While I had a wait of about 30 mins (explained to me in advance) it was worth it. I was given great care and the proper meds to treat my sinus infection. We came in on a Sunday afternoon after we started having concerns that our toddler may have developed strep. Everyone that we encountered couldn't have been more welcoming or pleasant. They went out of their way to make our little boy feel comfortable and Dr. Alessi even did a riddle with him. Went in because I thought I had a sprained ankle and I read online that they have an X-ray machine in house. After the X-ray it turned out I had a fracture. Jean was amazing, they helped me call for XL crutches. They went about and beyond. They even helped me out in a wheel chair into my truck. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility it’s unlike any one I have ever been to.

Dr. Herrera is an amazing doctor! He has taken care of both my father and my daughter on different occasions where it was more convenient to get into the clinic and have an X ray and physical exam in a quick and easy process than waiting to try and get Appt at primary physicians office OR going to ER. Dr Herrera’s experience, professionalism, and his calm & reassuring manner really make me SO grateful to have this clinic in my backyard. I cannot recommend this facility enough. I myself have used them on multiple occasions for chest infections to ear infections prior to travel and I always feel better and more relaxed after going in. The nurses & staff are all friendly, caring & professional. You could not ask for a better clinic - also I was there recently and Dr Herrera was dealing w an emergency for a patient and while my wait was longer that time I was grateful thinking the patient would be going right into the hospital bc Dr Herrera had called for paramedics. If he cannot treat your emergency- he won’t hesitate to get you or your loved ones the care you need.

I went in for a dog bite on my finger yesterday (7-26-23). Christina M.A. was super nice and answered questions that I had and helped with vitals, since I was starting to have pain. Joey M.A. super nice and was help with questions I had about the billing and was super quick with giving a shot. (By the way I don't like shots). Jean N.P. was great super nice and friendly gave me all the information I needed to take care of the dog bite. Place is great I was self paying and it didn't cost much with all the care I got. This will be my new urgent care facility.

I was really impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at this urgent care center. Bree and Joe were particularly helpful, patient, and reassuring and it’s obvious that they enjoy what they do. Highly recommend, read why ... is very hard to find a place to see a doc, don’t have to wait, but mostly get a VERY clear explanation of exactly what happened and why I should do what he suggests, get notes on the whole thing and walk out with no doubts nor additional doctors and visits required We started here rushing on a weekend with my little daughter not wanting to spend the weekend in the hospital for a smaller issue that was hurting and start there for the whole weekend. And it was the best thing to do. Then any doubt we have here is we’re we come and he is the only doc that we met, for the whole family, to come when need to see one. I cannot express how different it feels that you do NOT have an abuse of services, time, docs and money for flat, reasonable cost and excellent service getting the best help for most of the usual doc visits u need to have.

This is the fastest urgent treatment clinic that I’ve ever seen. It actually lives up to its name. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Sood, and t’s open 7 days/week. Dr. Sood is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your condition, the treatment plan, and the reasons for the steps you need to take (when appropriate). He was able to diagnose an issue with my toe that multiple doctors missed. I always ask for Dr. Sood by name, and feel very comfortable using him when my family physician isn’t available.

I took my son in for an injury to his wrist during school hours via recommendation of his pediatrician. The staff from beginning to end...reception, Moreen the medical assistant/nurse and Dr Sood were amazing! I have been in emergency rooms wait time is incredulous. I didn't wait long at all and they were all such a caring group of medical staff. Thank you!

Dr. Ajay Sood was better than my primary doctor, I walked out of there being able to breathe without feeling like I was going to cough up a lung, I was there pass working hours because I was really sick and he was doing everything he could do to have me walk out feeling a little better and staff didn't even have attitudes about it. I appreciate them for helping me that night, I wish he could be my primary instead of just an Urgent care doctor. Professional from start to finish. The Doctor was amazing and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The front desk was awesome and the nurses were both sensitive and knowledgeable. Even my husband who hates going to the Doctor commented on how amazing this experiance was.

This urgent care saved my life and I'm back to my regular routine in hours. I would definitely go there again the doctor and staff were nice but also able to help me. After days of not eating and going to a minute clinic that prescribed a low dose antibiotic and a throat solution that irritated me more and left me in bed, hungry and miserable; Im relieved I found this urgent care I got the correct dose antibiotic and I am eating and drinking more and not feeling as weak. They also gave me steroids for all the swelling I had, I only wish I went there sooner!

Short wait time, very nice and professional people, best place to go if you have a medical condition come up that calls for a doctor visit that you can't wait for an appointment for next week, but isn't so bad you need to go to the ER.

This place is the best! It's the only urgent care I will ever go to. The Dr is so thorough and takes his time to explain things. They even went as far as to do a nebulizer treatment in office for me so I could leave feeling a little better. Sometimes you have to wait a little to be seen but that's like any urgent care. Once the Dr is with you, he doesn't make you feel rushed. This place is great!

It all went quick, the wait time was minimal and they have a pharmacy on site so I was able to get my medication right away at an equally affordable price. I went to this practice sick and left feeling sicker. While I was there I was I was attended to by Rey. He began asking me completely inappropriate questions and and making rude, unnecessary and extremely inappropriate comments. I wanted to quickly leave as I was not feeling well and felt uncomfortable. After contacting Dr. Sood to inform him of the situation that had made me feel so uncomfortable, the Dr. actually defended the employee's actions and blatantly stated that I had "misconstrued the situation." All I wanted from the Dr. was acknowledgement of the situation and to know that he would address it appropriately, instead he insinuated naivety on my behalf. In short, if you're a woman I wouldn't recommend this office- I would not want anyone to feel as uncomfortable as I did.

Dr. Sood took the time to explain. Regardless of my chest congestion this doctor visit was a breath of fresh air :o). I don't normally write reviews, but felt I just had to share what a great place this is!

Dr. Sood really impressed me. I went in with a severe headcold and chest cold, needing to go back to work asap. He gave me a steroid and antibiotic shot then put me on the nebulizer for a solid 15 minutes. He blew me away on two counts, 1. he came in on my second round of using the nebulizer to watch and help me do it right 2. a few days later a dog ate my anibiotics and he gave me a refil without paying for another appointment. Very nice, patient, guy. Deserves "Excellent" in my book.

Yesterday I went to the clinic with my 4 year old son who needed some stitches on his chin. I want to thank all the people in the office for making us feel welcome. Dr. Soot made a fantastic job and treated my crying baby with patience. He was very professional. Thank you Ray Ray! You are incredible with kids!!! You made my baby smile before we left the office! =) I will certainly bring my family back any time! Very clean office, very nice people! I love your office! Thanks again!

He sits patiently and explains why you have the symptoms, then goes over all your medications to help you get better. Excellent, quick medical care. I have been here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Sood is very knowledgable and skilled and always takes his time explaining what is going on. I also appreciate how he treats his patients with respect and is not condecending or hurried during office visits.
