My fiancé and I use this urgent care for fast reliable care. We’ve used them for the past few years outside hours of our regular doctor. Every time we come in, we are greeted by staff, checked in quickly and never a long wait. Most places are packed with long wait times. Not once have a needed to wait more than 15-20mins, if that, here. The doctors have always have a great bedside manner. The staff is thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend Plymouth Urgent Care for your urgent care needs!

Visited this Urgent Care location for the first time. Went mid morning on a weekday and was the only one there. The staff including Dr. Graham was very thorough and professional. Was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes and on my way to the pharmacy to pickup the prescription he called in. The doctor even called a few days later to see how I was feeling! Will definitely use this urgent care again in the future.

5 Stars. I received excellent care and kindness from Matt, Faith and the lady at the desk after I was bitten by my cat on June 28. I had gone to another urgent care and waited just to talk to someone at then told l would have wait awhile

My sincere thanks to the knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind staff at Plymouth Urgent Care for seeing me for my injured foot late last Saturday night. The physician’s assistant thoroughly checked and X-rayed my foot. I returned home relieved, reassured that the no bone was fractured, and that affected ligament would heal soon. With minimal wait time and expert care, I recommend Plymouth Urgent Care with 5 stars.

My first time there with a really bad throat. Staff was friendly and not much wait time as per appointment. Dr Shakeeb was quick to run tests and diagnose that I had strep throat. I was very satisfied with how doctor gave me time and listened. He was very caring and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Received a follow up call from his staff and also from doctor himself to make sure my recovery was going well. Service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place.

I originally picked this urgent care because it was close, and my acute emergency was on a Saturday...but I'm now recommending it to friends and family because my visit--from check-in, to short wait time, to treatment--was exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly, and my concern was evaluated with compassion and focus. I even got a follow-up call to see if I was starting to feel better, which I am!

I came in at 8:30(they close in half hour) and the staff was SO NICE! Fast and efficient! By far the best customer service I’ve had pretty much ever ! I wish I would’ve got the names. Literally everyone! From the receptionist to the MA to the PA and the Covid swabber! Omg, I was so thankful! No matter how many sorrys I said for Coming so late, they were so sweet! And of course so nice to the people who came even later than me!

I love this urgent care! There always super helpful and polite unlike the Beaumont urgent care on canton center in canton. They actually listen to you and help you out as much as they can! Always the go to spot for me! Plus I love the doctors here

I made a COVID PCR testing appointment in advance with their call center and was happy with the process. Upon arrival the team was efficient, pleasant and professional. Results came back in less than 24 hours.

The doctor who took care was a male Dr. He was amazing. I had a very stubborn sliver under my thumbnail. He was very nice and kind. Tried to get it out as painless as possible and never gave up til it was out. Highly recommend him.

I'm very glad I found this office. My son had tested positive for Covid, and then after being cleared back to school, he developed a very painful cough due to post Covid bronchitis. Many offices declined to even let him come to get a chest exray, and kept telling us to go to a hospital, or take more Covid tests and wait. When I called there, the receptionist was very nice and told us we can get seen. Brielle, the PA, was very knowledgeable and compassionate ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ She was very professional and she assured us that everything will be fine She prescribed 2 medicines that cleared up his cough in less than a week. I would highly recommend this office. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

I've been here a couple times to get my daughter and myself tested for covid. I called and made an appointment every time. Even though some days are busier, which is expected, the process is still organized. The staff are professional and very nice. They were very gentle with the nose swabs, which was greatly appreciated.

Went for Covid testing. This place was so fast and efficient and all the staff were so friendly and helpful with information. Paid the $100 to get a rapid test which took 15 minutes and well worth it! I've tested before at other places and this is the only one who has got a great system in place!
