I hurt my finger and the wait was minimal and they took X-rays of my hand and the doctor was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Someone from urgent care called a few days later to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend them.

While visiting from Europe, where I live, without any US health insurance or a local GP, I was able to quickly get a same day appointment for an infected wound. The doctor on-duty was efficient and attentive to my needs and underlying health condition. I couldn't ask for more. I would not have been better treated by a local GP.

Been going here for years when I need to. Very fast kind, clean and will get you on your way in no time. Saw Dr Chinoy today And had excellent care, everyone I've had there has been too notch.

My sincere thanks to the knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind staff at Plymouth Urgent Care for seeing me for my injured foot late last Saturday night. The physician's assistant thoroughly checked and X-rayed my foot. I returned home relieved, reassured that the no bone was fractured, and that affected ligament would heal soon. With minimal wait time and expert care, I recommend Plymouth Urgent Care with 5 stars.

My first time there with a really bad throat. Staff was friendly and not much wait time as per appointment. Dr Shakeeb was quick to run tests and diagnose that I had strep throat. I was very satisfied with how doctor gave me time and listened. He was very caring and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Received a follow up call from his staff and also from doctor himself to make sure my recovery was going well. Service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place.

I originally picked this urgent care because it was close, and my acute emergency was on a Saturday...but I'm now recommending it to friends and family because my visit--from check-in, to short wait time, to treatment--was exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly, and my concern was evaluated with compassion and focus. I even got a follow-up call to see if I was starting to feel better, which I am!

I saw Alexis, the PA, who was better than most doctors I've seen for my issue, because she was so thorough, intelligent and attentive. .She asked intelligent questions about my present issue and history with the issue,. Having very painful lumbar and siatica pain, Alexia did all the physical tests to ensure i had leg and foot strength. She checked all my vitals and double checked my BP, as earlier it was high. She counseled me on the safest treatment. Alexis attentively, patiently listened to my long term plans to restore my back health, which she did not have to do. She was sincerely interested and supportive. When I said I wish I had a diagram showing the areas of the body that each spinal nerve effects, Alexis printed a diagram for me to take home. She was very professional, while puttimg me at ease. Alexis is a great PA! The entire staff was great too.

I came in at 8:30(they close in half hour) and the staff was SO NICE! Fast and efficient! By far the best customer service I've had pretty much ever ! I wish I would've got the names. Literally everyone! From the receptionist to the MA to the PA and the Covid swabber! Omg, I was so thankful! No matter how many sorrys I said for Coming so late, they were so sweet! And of course so nice to the people who came even later than me!

I made a COVID PCR testing appointment in advance with their call center and was happy with the process. Upon arrival the team was efficient, pleasant and professional. Results came back in less than 24 hours.

I love this urgent care! There always super helpful and polite unlike the Beaumont urgent care on canton center in canton. They actually listen to you and help you out as much as they can! Always the go to spot for me! Plus I love the doctors here

The doctor who took care was a male Dr. He was amazing. I had a very stubborn sliver under my thumbnail. He was very nice and kind. Tried to get it out as painless as possible and never gave up til it was out. Highly recommend him.

I'm very glad I found this office. My son had tested positive for Covid, and then after being cleared back to school, he developed a very painful cough due to post Covid bronchitis. Many offices declined to even let him come to get a chest exray, and kept telling us to go to a hospital, or take more Covid tests and wait. When I called there, the receptionist was very nice and told us we can get seen. Brielle, the PA, was very knowledgeable and compassionate She was very professional and she assured us that everything will be fine She prescribed 2 medicines that cleared up his cough in less than a week. I would highly recommend this office. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

I had the best experience at Plymouth Urgent Care! Stephanie was wonderful throughout the check in process and Ali was very respectful, thorough in the exam room asking questions, and Ashley was super sweet and provided great care for me. Definitely recommend this clinic.

I've been here a couple times to get my daughter and myself tested for covid. I called and made an appointment every time. Even though some days are busier, which is expected, the process is still organized. The staff are professional and very nice. They were very gentle with the nose swabs, which was greatly appreciated.

Went for Covid testing. This place was so fast and efficient and all the staff were so friendly and helpful with information. Paid the $100 to get a rapid test which took 15 minutes and well worth it! I've tested before at other places and this is the only one who has got a great system in place!
