Grateful that Fast Aid is in LaGrange! When an ER isn't needed, but the opinion and advice of a medical person is needed (especially on the weekend!) an urgent care facility is much appreciated.

Dr. Chelsea Jecmenek knew immediately what was wrong with my back, prescribed what was needed and suggested therapy. The therapist called next day and set my appointment. This clinic is very clean, very efficient and the staff friendly and welcoming. LaGrange and her citizens are blessed to have this Urgent Care.

Wasn’t feeling all that well suspected a UTI which indeed it was. I was so impressed with this urgent care from walking in the door the staff was amazing and so friendly. The medical staff was awesome and answered all my questions and gave me information and advice I’d never received before about recurring UTI’s of which I will follow. Thank you to all the staff at this urgent care for wonderful care if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this urgent care to everyone!!!!

I have seen Chelsea more than any other Doctor, and she always treats you with respect, compassion, and listens to you in regards to your health issues during your visit. She provides you with the best possible care, and the best treatment necessary for your health needs. Y'all's facility, and the health care providers are so important to not only the people in La Grange, and Fayette County, but other communities in this region. So glad I came here! I’ve had an ear infection since the end of Nov and I went to TWO other urgent cares. By the time I got here, I assumed the fix was more ear drops and antibiotics. Wrong, it took Chelsea two seconds to notice there was something stuck in my ear! I was in and out in no time and now my ear can actually begin to heal. Would have been so upset if I actually went to an ENT - so grateful for Chelsea and team!!

The PA was professional, friendly, helpful and NICE. We were treated as if they had known us a long time. We will be going there again if and when we need to be see a doctor for my husband. Urgent Care is the best place to go they got great personality for a great nurses and secretaries and doctors that will help you any way they can give you good treatment solve your sickness and have you feeling better the next day because we do not have a hospital in Fayette County nor emergency room so urgent care is a hospital and emergency room thank God for that love our urgent care love our doctors in Urgent Care and all the personnel have a blessed day

Love this location and Fast it’s a easy drive from where I stay at and the setting your appointment up is really easy to choose a time slot and when you check in the staff is always friendly even when they are busy I went in today and got seen at little as 5 min to the back and the PA on board was very friendly and quick and efficient with care and thank y’all for that , one of my kids have came to this location and we got the same excellent care with this location.

My experience was the best! From start to finish everyone was so nice and helpful. The only wait time I had was for my flu test which was positive. When you feel so horrible it’s nice to have a great place to go to that doesn’t make you feel even worse! THANK YOU !!

I was able to get an appointment immediately. The wait in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. The PA listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. I felt heard and cared for. I was in and out of the office very quickly. This experience was very pleasant.

Provider was great - listened well and was patient. He has seen my son for another instance and was very professional and had great bedside manner. Definitely recommend!

I went to the La Grange facility for eye care. I waited maybe 5 minutes before they called me back to be seen. There was hardly any wait time to be seen by the PA in charge. I thought it was a pleasant experience. Professional, great bedside manners, felt comfortable all around. I have also brought in my children to the same facility to be seen and thought their visits went well also. We will be returning for any future needs.

Fantastic Urgent Care! Exactly what La Grange has been needing all this time. Staff was super nice and professional and quick. The Dr is amazing, he does his job and cares about his patients unlike some other drs around the area. Little to no wait time, I was seen and released within about 45 mins. I would highly urge anyone from the area to go directly to First Aid Urgent Care over St Marks any day. Like I said, this is the emergency care this town has been needing all along
