Dr. Rios and staff are great, office is very clean and comfortable

I have been here twice. First time I received a hydrofacial and Botox. The facial was super hydrating and esthetician was kind and informative on how I can care for aging skin. Dr. Rios listened to my fears and concerns. I did not want excessive Botox with a plastic looking face. He made sure to put just enough in areas needed for improvement. He was very gentle and it was almost painless. It lasted longer than expected which I was very pleased with. On my second visit I received the cool peel laser treatment. I was numbed very well and did not feel a thing, thank God!! Full disclosure, you will experience heat (sun burn feeling) for the next few hours after treatment then swell up for 2 days. Very minimal peeling. The results were amazing! My skin was smooth, even and brighter.

I see him for Botox, but he has the most polite way of suggesting other futures or future procedures that I might be interested in a non pushy, non judgmental way. by far my greatest experience at a med spa!!! i first went to Dr Rios for a non surgical nose job with threads and filler. i was so self conscious about my nose since i was little and always wanted to get it fixed. i previously had a non surgical rhinoplasty in 2019 at a different med spa in manhattan. the price was outrageous— and it didn’t even come out the way i wanted it! he did not listen to my needs and the filler actually dissolved within a month. Dr Rios’ before and after pictures are what made me fall in love! i was a bit nervous getting my nose done again even though it’s been 3 years…but i really wanted to try the PDO threads as well. i was met by a wonderful receptionist as soon as i walked in the door. they have essential oils going so it was super calming and the place was so clean. did not give a “doctors office” look which is so great because it wasn’t scary at all and it calmed my nerves!!! Dr Rios sat me in his office and gave me a consultation. and oh my gosh he calmed me right down!!!!! he told me everything i needed to know about the procedure…and the things that could go wrong, but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that i was cautious, but not worried. after looking at my nose and actually listening to my desires, he drew a whole diagram showing me what the procedure is going to be and what he’s going to do. he even had me touch one of the actual PDO threads (not the one that was about to be put in my nose of course) but touching it and seeing what it looked like made me feel better too. but that leads me to my next topic…SANITATION!!! this man is AMAZING when it comes to sanitation!! i had absolutely no fear of any cross contamination or anything along those lines. i fell in LOVE with my nose!!! it’s everything i’ve ever wanted!!! The aesthetics of the office down to the olfactory experience as you enter the facility is superb. After the true peel my skin is smoother, brighter, and visibly small pores. Dr Ríos was professional and helped me with my masseter muscle problem . I was getting headaches and noticed I was grinding my teeth at night . He explained the procedure and took his time explaining everything. I had tried this procedure with another doctor but did not get the results I wanted . He made me feel comfortable and was able to get the right dosage to help me . Highly recommended.
