Would definitely recommend. Had a sore throat, congestion and my ear hurt. Sinus infection diagnosed.  In and out in 15 minutes with a Rx for antibiotics called in.

Staff are very kind and prompt. I didn’t have a wait and I was treated with kindness and understanding. Even though my issue was quite resolved (not their fault, I just need to see another provider) I am still happy with the visit.

This walk-in clinic was a wonderful experience. Both doctors I saw were incredibly friendly, patient, and listened to everything that I said. The receptionist at the front was also very friendly. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy.

I've gone here a few times for care when my regular doctor wasn't available. Each time they were quick and efficient. Was in and out within an hour on my last visit!

I always go to Cromwell even though I live in Middletown. There never seems to be a long wait and the staff is much friendlier and caring. I made an appointment which I missed but still didn’t have to wait. I would definitely recommend!

This clinic is very thorough. Everyone is always very professional. I go there always whenever there’s anything going on and I can’t get to my primary care physician. I actually have recommended several of friends to go there who also have been happy with the care. As long as you stay frequent, your information is in the system, and you don’t have paperwork to fill out. If you haven’t been there yet, I suggest you fill out the paperwork in advance.

Dr fletcher is always so great with my kids! Leo my 4 year old liked her and he doesn't like any Dr's. She was quick and thorough. Thank you again

Had gastro issues so bad I had to leave work, easily to find location close to home and quickly booked appointment in Cromwell. No waiting, got me into room fast. Both of the clinical staff were caring and extremely professional even able to draw blood on-site, with my erratic stomach that was so helpful. Discussed my treatment and Rx's, very encouraging and left it open to return if not improving as well as expected.

I use this walk in for myself and also as a back up for my 12 yr old son when he is sick. The time, attention and care he has gotten every single visit (3 in the last 2.5 months) has been amazing. First time visiting. After I was registered and checked in I was brought in immediately. Saw by the Dr. Almost immediately. I needed x-rays which were taken with 20 min. The person who read the radiographs wasn't available so instead of making me wait in the office they gave me the choice to leave and wait for a phone call. The staff was all very kind. Would definitely visit again.

I was greeted nicely then filled out quick paperwork, met with a very nice MA & PA then I was on my way, diagnosis and prescription easy and efficient I'd definitely recommend this site.

The check-in process was friendly and efficient. The wait was acceptable. Medical staff were very friendly and professional. The PA caught a potential drug interaction and changed her recommended script. I was done in less than an hour total.

If i could give 800 stars I would. Been dealing with a severe throat issue, likely strep. Went to an urgent care near me early in the week, waited for over 2 hours, just to be told "the rapid test was negative, so while we wait for the cultures, just take Tylenol and cough drops" things got exponentially worse. Based on a recommendation, I went to priority today. I was in and out under an hour, with medicine and an actual plan to get better. The staff, from the desk, nurses, and providers, were all fantastic. I felt so much compassion from them, and couldn't be happier with the experience. I wrote the previous part of this about 6 hours ago, and since have taken the first dose of meds they prescribed, and, although I am far from recovered, I am already noticing a difference. The previous urgent I went to just had the audacity to ask me to leave a review for excellent service....I left a review, but it was not for any excellence...that motivated me to return to this review, just to reiterate how much better this Urgent care is compared to middlesex heath. I appreciate the kindness I received from the desk staff, as well as the compassion and attention I received from the nurse and PA on duty. These are the kind of people that belong working in medicine...people who care. I also want to extend my compliment to whomever is the director of this location. They hired a wonderful staff, and are exemplary of the traits needed in medical staff, especially at first and second aid locations people tend to come to under stress. You guys are golden, and I will be recommending your practice to all I know in the area.

I had a rash on my arms and ears. Was seen same morning with appointment, and it was smooth, clear and easily diagnosed and explained. I was able to get my mediation across the street. They made my experience with them a really positive one.

I’ve been sick for the last five days and I needed to go to the walk in. This was my first time in and I was greeted by the friendly receptionist Donna. I was checked in quickly and waited to se seen. A couple minutes later Avery came and brought me in a room. She was very sweet kind and extremely gentle when taking swabs needed. Mike was very honest and thorough with my diagnosis and I was extremely happy when I left, even though I’m extremely sick. They made my bad day a lot better, so I’m forever grateful for the care they gave me. 10 out 10 service ??it’s nice to know people still care.

What a great group of professionals at Urgent Care in Cromwell. Check in was easy. Front desk were courteous and explained procedures with ease. The PA was exceptional! I had a clogged ear (so annoying) and she took her time using multiple research based approaches and medical practices.  I am truly surprised at the personal touch for the individualized care. Took me in right away

I was so grateful to get my son into this office when his primary care couldn't see him for a couple weeks. Dr Susan was great, quick and even gave him a lollipop.

This was truly the best, most efficient, professional medical care I have ever experienced. I contracted COVID for the first time and man I felt terrible. Subsequent to filling out the admission documents via their online system which took less than five minutes I was immediately seen by the APRN. She could not have been more knowledgeable, caring and understood exactly what my systems were and provided me more information than I expected. I was prescribed a chest congestion inhibitor, a steroid and an inhaler which was immediately sent to my pharmacy. All my prescriptions were ready upon my arrival. Literally less than two hours after taking my medications I was able function after more than three days bedridden. This is coming from a man who worked over 35 years professionally and took only one sick day. Thank you all so much and I hope all that cross your paths are as fortunate as myself. Super nice and fast and helpful

There was an issue with the Newington office to get a x-ray. The tech called out to they referred me to Cromwell. They gave me an extra half hour timeslot to get there. This staff was kind, courteous, caring it was clean and they stepped up to the plate when I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor when I had called it 8 o’clock this morning and when I was in with urgent care, my doctors office finally called and they’re gonna do a chest x-ray and I said look at I couldn’t wait. I’ve been on medication since Wednesday and I’ve been on three medication’s and I’m not feeling any better so I did get two other, scripts from urgent care, but I feel so much better with the nebulizer treatment. They gave me compared to what I have at home so thank you so much. I will definitely use you again and refer you to everybody I know.

My son's pediatrician was unable to schedule a same-day visit for us, so I brought him to Priority Urgent Care in Cromwell and I'm so glad I did. The appointment scheduling and check-in process was very easy and can be done from your phone. The receptionist and medical assistant were very friendly and polite, and the doctor was amazing and thorough. She helped us get our son started on medication quickly, and she even called me a couple days later to check in on my son's recovery. I'm really blown away by our whole experience with this office - it is definitely our new go-to for urgent care.

The lady at the front was personable and explained how the billing works to me, the staff as well as the doctor was attentive. I was recently in a bad car accident, my doctor was very nice, quick and he helped prescribing me the right medicine that will do something for my pains. I was also provided a packet that gives information about stretching, icing and dealing with neck/back issues moving forward. I really appreciate the help, I want to be able to get back to work, but in my current state I can’t.

EXCEPTIONAL Priority Urgent Care location. Better than other like-business in any of the surrounding towns. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The service is prompt, helpful and efficient. The registration is now accomplished via your iPhone using a QR code. We usually get the same PA-C and she is phenomenal! She is proficient, competent and thorough. She has provided top-notch urgent care diagnosis and treatment to my entire family. NOTE: checking in for Physical Therapy is in the same office just a different receptionist.

Great experience! We’ve lived in Cromwell for over 15 years and this urgent care has gone through many ownerships but this one by far is the best. I went in today with an Ankle Sprain. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. All patient forms were electronic and took me less than 10 mins to complete them all. I was seen promptly and the PA on staff was very friendly and took care of sprain quickly. Definitely recommend and hope this ownership continues…

Great walk in! The receptionist was very friendly. The Medical assistant was great and friendly to work with. The Dr was wonderful. We were in and out . Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and took their time. Very caring Dr office. Definitely will be back.

What a wonderful facility the whole staff was friendly from beginning to end. The girl at the front was so nice and super helpful . Came in for a physical for my 10th grader had problems in the urgent cares of Meriden so decided to give primary care in Cromwell a chance it’s about a 15 min drive from our home town but so worth the drive . Once it was our turn to be seen the back staff doctors and Medical assistants were just super friendly, kind and humble the whole staff was excellent!! Nurse practitioner was so thorough with physical and very knowledgeable . This will be my go to urgent care from now on. Thank you again primary care .

First time there, staff very friendly and professional.

I like being able to book online so the wait isn't crazy. Staff are always good and I usually get treatment for things like strep throat, or Bronchitis, sinus infections etc. I have small kids so we are sick all the time.

While on vacation I became sick. Went to the Urgent Care and received excellent care. Service was quick and the doctors, nurses and staff were all kind and caring. Highly recommend this facility.

I am usually skeptical about visiting urgent care centers. This was the first time visiting the Urgent Care in Cromwell.. I was so impressed !Everyone was kind , helpful and welcoming. The PA was phenomenal; I felt comfortable being in his care. The visit was thorough but quick! I will definitely use this Urgent Care in the future! Now one year later, I came back again for a different reason. Everything I wrote previously stands true. Amazing care again!

So happy we came here! Woman at the front desk was super nice and down to earth. Check-in was quick. Waited for only 20 mins or so (we made an appt on the Solv app.) Once in a room, they got to us right away. The doc was also super friendly, a very personable young man! As we were leaving, I commented to my son, “you can tell they really love their jobs here…” We will definitely come back here if the need arises!

The front desk checked me in promptly and then I was called within 5 minutes to be seen by Dr Susan Fletcher who has excellent bedside manners. She is personable, kind, compassionate and gets to the problem quickly. She’s very understanding and was very good at educating me as to what I was feeling with the lower back. She was able to put my mind at ease and explained the medications she prescribed. I would recommend this Urgent ? Care every time. Thank you Susan and team

They were quick and friendly and the lady at the front desk was so understanding when I told her that I’m deaf… she removed her mask so I can understand her better and she made sure to let the doctor know that I’m deaf. They were all awesome and I would come back

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left the comforting feeling that the staff at this urgent care mad me feel I done forgot I was in pain. I don’t remember the front agents name but she had a short hair cut . She was absolutely amazing! TINA was every bit of life I needed . She made me feel to calm & comfortable. She even was able to relate to me. Aldo the pa-c was so quick & eager to help me . He diagnosed me so fast . Luckily my fears were put at ease. I left feeling so relieved. I almost just want to go back & make up something lol

During the day had ear pain, was able to make an appointment online for later that day. Office staff was very friendly and Susan the provider was extremely nice and listened to what I had to say. I was in and out in a reasonable time.
