STEM CELL --- Dr. Mohan and his entire well selected staff have been life changing for me. I'm 63 years old, for past 45 + years I have dealt with deteriorating lower back pain, from younger days of barrel racing/rodeoing/farming etc, and then a motorcycle wreck which escalated. I tried steroid injections, helped a minute, but did not want to continue / stay on "steroids", I do not like medicating, the other option given was SURGERY - not a fan. I found Dr. Mohan/Pain Specialists of Frisco - did deep research on stem cell - and thought why not... Feb 2025 I had the STEM PROCEDURE done on my back - next day literally felt like 150% pain free - i was in shock, this process supposed from studies/research, I was expecting the gradual 10%/25%/40% and so with time- expecting full results within an a years time. Wow!!!! This is hands down the most knowledgeable Doctor i've ever met.

It’s been a journey for sure, to find a Dr talented with injections, knowledge with medicine, and a staff that cares. Dr Mohan offers innovative treatments like ketamine and stem cell. My next step is stem cell and I’m hoping that after the last 6 years, it’s better for treatment of chronic spine pine. My case for sure isn’t an easy one. I’ve got permanent nerve damage, lupus, fibromyalgia, a failed L5/s1 fusion and some days, I can hardly hold my back up straight from newly diagnosed herniated discs in my neck and thoracic spine. Although steroid injections don’t last long on me anymore because I’ve done them for years, Dr. Mohan is the only one I trust to do them in my spine. He’s EXCELLENT! I stay awake for them, and his level of detail is incredible! I’m definitely in a difficult part of the journey but I know that I am headed down the right path and well cared for here. I hadn’t felt that way in many years, with my previous Dr. His constant care, and great beside manner with a huge dose of compassion is refreshing and unwavering. I have been Dr. Mohan patient for 2 years. He takes care of all my issues dealing with pain. Sarita is very good patient care, everything is perfect. I plan on getting Shockwave therapy, it’s new treatment for pain and it’s new technology that’s helps my back and it’s German therapy.

I have been patient of Dr. Mohan for 3 year I've had bone marrow treatment on my shoulder and neck which was great it improve my mobility and helped get rid of my pain . Now I'm doing sound wave treatments which are amazing at reducing inflammation and pain. The staff is amazing especially Sarita she does the IV and is very friendly and helpful. All the staff is great very knowledgeable and being able to come in on Saturdays because like most of us work during the weekday. The staff is good with working around your schedule. Dr. Mohan has made me feel better and more active like I used to be before my car accident.

Visiting Dr.mohan was a great time. I had hurt my shoulder playing soccer and everyday I was in pain/discomfort. I met with Dr. Mohan and he recommended me several options, we decided that shockwave was the best choice for me, it was a quick session and now my shoulder is no longer bothering me.

I went to see Dr. Mohan because my previous Pain Management doctor decided all of sudden after three years to totally stop writing prescriptions for pain medication. Today I had a back epidural injection. Dr Mohan did the work and was very good. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything very good. Sarita was the nurse and did my IV with no pain. Dr. Mohan is the third pain doctor I’ve seen to help control my degenerative neck nerve pain. For years, I’ve had intense nerve pain in my neck and arms, that negatively impacted my daily life. Two months ago, I opted for Regenexx rather than a steroid epidural. The outcome is shocking. The pain is gone. If you are in a similar situation as me, I suggest seeking a second opinion from Dr. Mohan! It changed my life!

This practice does an amazing job to reduce pain. To make things extra better, the nurse (Sarita) is able to set an IV in ONE TRY!!! Every time I have blood work or IVs it take 3-4 attempts to find a vein. Sarita is AMAZING, got me set up in one try and made me feel very comfortable the entire time!!! Front staff, not so friendly but nurses and doctors are phenomenal!!!

They really care about the patient’s ‘whole health’ aspect, not just pain management. Having been to several physical therapist and chiro with no improvement at all , making the decision to come here and get treated was one of the best decision I have made this year. After years of untreated aches and pain, I finally sought help with Dr Mohan. He is an amazing doctor who relentlessly works with the patient to get to the bottom of their pain. His interactions never feel rushed. I admire his bedside manners as he thoroughly explains his line of thought and plan for treatment. The office staff are also kind and diligent about providing updates. When insurance logistics became a frustrating barrier to my treatment, Edrina went out of her way liaising with them to get approval. I am glad I found this office!

Doc and his crew provided great care after my car accident. I was having debilitating pain in my neck and he was able to treat and bring me back to being almost pain free!!!

Saw Dr Mohan, Dr at Pain Specialist of Frisco. I had extreme neck pain and Dr Mohan did some injections on both sides of my neck. Within a week 99% of my pain was gone. By the next week my pain was completely gone. I highly recommend Dr Mohan and staff.
