Everyone that I came into contact with that worked here was incredibly kind, patient & helpful. Especially Doctor Susan. She went above & beyond to make sure that she could help me get to feeling better. I have never felt so well cared for by a doctor that I had never seen before today, she was so concerned about what was wrong with me & prescribed me the medications she knew I needed but also offered to prescribe me with an inhaler if I felt I needed it. So grateful for her help & the help from all of the ladies at this Urgent Care.

I was there expected to wait for a long time but it's not, as soon as I finished the paper work,I was called in the exam room. The PA was nice and the receptionist was really nice and helpful, I would recommended this place to everybody.

I visited this facility once before several years ago and I remember they gave me excellent care then. I was pleased that this particular facility was just as good an experience as the last time I went. The clinic was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Dr. I saw was caring and listened to me relay my syptoms and understanding of my disability if having a tbi and explained things to me clearly so I could understand. I did not feel rushed or disprespected. I did not have to wait to long time to see the Dr.

I really liked this urgent care clinic from top to bottom.Both the receptionist and the physician assistant were efficient and very courteous.

Serious oral/facial infection developed on Sunday night. I was seen first thing Monday morning. By noon had the prescription filled.The pain and swelling improved in a few hours. All administrative/clinical personnel made an otherwise unpleasant experience the best possible. My wife and I give you 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I injured my finger very painfully. I wanted assistance in treating it asap. Urgent care was very quick, very understanding, very helpful and explained injury. I was very relieved afterwards. This is the second time I have come here. I believe it was a very wis decision.

After waiting an hour in the clinic waiting room in which no one was called back, I went to the front desk to inquire how much long it would be. I was told someone needed a drug test and an EMS worker appeared to be picking up another patient and they could not say how long. The staff acted like they didn't care. I finally told the front desk person to shred my paperwork, as I no longer wanted an appointment and left.

No waiting with an appointment. Kind, efficient staff. Quick diagnosis and sent prescription to Walmart which was ready when I arrived. Eye drops started working immediately.

Very brief wait. Congenial staff for check in. All were professional. PA seemed very knowledgeable and her questions were pertinent to an all inclusive assessment.

I came in with a hornet sting to the middle of my face. They were extremely quick to treat me and very professional. I had to leave my work truck over night as well because of the treatment and it was still there in the morning so I'm very grateful it wasn't towed.

The front desk to the doctor were all professional and easy to deal with. Wait time was short less than 10 minutes. The doctor listen to my issue and discussed several options after the exam. Highly recommend.

The young ladies working there couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Morgenstern Did a terrific job and made me feel very comfortable.

I could not have had a better experience. We were on vacation and I had fallen the night before and should have gone to the er, but decided I was alright. After a relatively sleepless night with bleeding continuing my wife drove me to your Bradenton office. I was seen promptly and the care provider cleaned the wound and stitched me up. All told I was at your facility for less than 2 hours and received 23 stitches and was sent on my way. Highly recommend this office and the whole staff when in need of urgent care. Thank you.
