I’m not finished with my experience as a whole yet, but I wanted to preemptively give a rating after my initial consultation. I thought the office environment was very inviting and friendly and the doctor so far has been communicative and knowledgeable as well as compassionate. She seemed to really listen and come from a place of nonjudgment and understanding, but also wanting to tackle all of the issues and concerns that I had.

I saw Dr Mack this morning, and I can not recommend her enough!!! She made me feel so comfortable, she took the time to listen to my concerns, which is so hard to find in a Dr. these days! She did not rush me, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients! If you are looking for an incredible hormone specialist, you absolutely need to go see her! Oh my goodness. First of all, this Doctors office is one of the most friendly and kind I've ever been to. The atmosphere is so pleasing. In my late thirties I was experiencing low energy, inability to sleep, anxiety and low libido. Previously, my GP had done bloodwork and found nothing abnormal even after years of experiencing these symptoms. Dr Dean ordered extensive blood tests which showed I was low in testosterone and my thyroid was functioning at an extremely low level for my age.
