I wish i could rate them more!!! They made my son so comfortable during his extractions. The dentist was extremely welcoming and friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I loved how they took their customer service above and beyond my expectations. As a first time patient it definitely was a great first impression.

Super clean, friendly and patient staff, play area for the children in the waiting room, gaming area for older children, Netflix on the TV in waiting room and above the ceiling for the children.

This is the second time I’ve used friends and family for my special needs children to get tooth surgery/extractions. They are prompt and kind and knowledgeable and ultimately treat the children with ease,patience and expertise.

Was my son's first time seeing a dentist and as it turned out he had a infection and needed a tooth pulled which made me and my wife nervous but thanks to the staff from receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. our fears were put to rest I could not have asked for better then what was given to my child . I highly recommend. Thanks you so much my son arrived in pain and crying but a couple hours after your care he's back to his old self running around the house

My visit to the dentist today went very well. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are seen by someone promptly upon arriving at the reception area.

We called for an emergency appointment for my 5 year old autistic child. The staff on the phone was kind and got us in the same day. The office was clean and friendly Crystal was amazing with my son and the Dentist was kind and patient.

We didn't wait a single minute! The staff was professional and friendly! They did not take only x-ray, but also took a photo of all the teeth, they also made a 3D photo of the teeth. My child goes to the dentist with joy.

Dr. Kaufman work is amazing he is caring and knowledgeable. The staff is great friendly and accommodating. The office is clean and definitely modernized for a childrens dentist office it gives high end boutique vibes. I would highly recommend this place.....I was greeted by an immaculately clean office very kid friendly...with all the latest equipment....wait time was very minimal.....Dr. Kaufman was exceptionally nice and caring .....his expertise was very visible....he clearly explained everything that my daughter needed done...i instantly felt that shes in the right hands....I returned 2 days later to begin treatment ....The Dr. was already there i had no wait at all.....it was an amazing experience my daughter needed a tooth extracted. He gently explained his work to her and she was really at ease in no time the tooth was out....she didn't even know what had transpired.....the bleeding stopped an hour later and she even begged to go to school....i was really floored!!! Twas an beautiful experience!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman!!! the staff was also amazing!!!!! thanks so much!!!! I'm looking forward to complete the rest of her work!

Very happy about the service and accommodation. I was able to reschedule twice without any issues. After the visit I was happy to receive text with the update on my son’s dental condition.

Each of my children have very different needs and personalities - the staff are able to accommodate each child in the way they need to be treated to make their treatment well-rounded and comfortable.Highly recommend!

My grandson has been going to Friends Family Dental & Orthodontist since he was 6 years old. He has turned 13 on November 2, 2022. The staff are very good with children. I recommend this dental office to my friends and family members.

Love this dentist. From the moment we arrived the staff greet us and they were super friendly. Especially the doctors, I couldn't believe how down to earth and sweet they were. My daughter was a bit scared because of her past experience. However, they made her feel comfortable, instead of crying she was smiling and laughing throughout her time there. I've been on the search for months looking for a good dentist and i'm glad she loves it there. They even gave her stickers and prizes at the end of her appointment.

After searching for a good pediatric dental office in my area, I came across this dental office that took my daughters insurance. I called in to ask a few questions before making an appointment. The staff answered all question and also let me know what day was best for my daughter to be seen. On the day of the appointment everything was smooth and organized. Very satisfied with this office and their wonderful service and professionalism! We will be back in 6 months for a cleaning ! Thank you :-)

First off; I was able to book an appointment for myself and my three kids all for the same day. I have been looking for a dentist for years and thankfully, was referred to this one by a family member.The receptionist was very polite and the staff that took care of my kids were a delight: you can tell they enjoy working with children of all ages.The dentist explained everything thoroughly which I appreciate very much. Highly recommend the clinic! Dr Elan is a doctor from God. My son Georgi had crown and root canals done very delicately and quickly. Also no long waits, they see you right away. Exquisite work! Fantastic team!

Dr. Kaufman’s dental office is professional and a wonderful place. I have been bringing my boys here for so many years. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
