My daughter started the Fat Buster program on December 28, 2022 She has currently lost 93 lbs! Dr. Russell and this program have given my daughter her life back. I started the fat buster weight loss program, @154lbs and 5’7. Per normal I was considered overweight, at 16 weeks I met my goal weight of 135!! With the maintenance that is offered I have keep that weight for a year. The sema program has been a major transformation and best decision I have made. It controls my hunger and sugar craving along with giving me more energy. Along with my age I also have had BioTe hormone replacement and votiva services that have also helped the issues of hormones and bladder control!!
