AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the moment I walked into the door, PA Michael Hedgepeth, Jeanette, & Vanessa were an incredible care team. They are very personal & truly have your best interest at heart. I’m a Flight Attendant who was battling terrible sinus infection symptoms. After my visit, I was feeling like a new person the following day & was ready to head back to work! Easy check in. Receptionists were both friendly. Nurse that checked me in was courteous, professional and helpful. Dr Jay has taken great care of me previously and even there is a new Urgent Care nearer to where we live I would prefer to drive a bit further for great care!

By far the best experience in any urgent care ever. They were so kind from the front staff to the doctor, and everything was fast and efficient. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Got my daughter’s prescription in less than 30 minutes. Will always come here for care.

This is by far the best urgent care facility I have ever used. I had to bring our mother in for an infection in her arm and they were amazing. The entire staff were attentive and personable, the dr was very professional and made us feel extremely confident in the treatment our mom received. We are very appreciative.

The staff was very friendly. Nurses were very nice and genuinely concerned about my well being. Dr was very knowledgeable and thorough. He nailed my diagnosis and got my prescriptions sent out before I left so that I could quickly get started on my road to recovery.

I use this clinic for the whole family. They are ALWAYS super fast and friendly. I recommend all my family and friends

We have used this urgent care several times since it opened and are regulars now due to childhood sports injuries and illnesses. This is by far the best, most efficient, and friendliest Urgent care I have ever visited. We recommend Fast Aid to everyone, and we are happy to support this Veteran owned practice. I have been here a few times. The front staff, triage nurse, and doctor have always been awesome. Highly recommend; therefore, 5 start rating for sure. Only complaint TV in the waiting area can't be seen. We moved to chairs in the corner hoping to see it better, but, no luck. I can't complain too much because wait time is usually short.

Very nice and clean. I was able to go in during my lunch break and be out with enough time to get food and go back to work!

Our family has used this urgent care quite a few times in the past year. They're always awesome and efficient as possible based on how busy they are. Doc and staff are very professional and friendly. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

The staff was awesome, the PA was so empathetic and really helped me out. I was in and out in about an hour or so on a Saturday, with excellent care! You just can't beat it!

I have had absolute horror stories about the other urgent cares in this area. I had already been seen at a different urgent care that did absolutely nothing to help with my symptoms and while still in pain I decided to try fast aid and they were awesome! Check in was fast and easy, the nurse was so kind and actually listened to my symptoms and the doctor couldn’t have been more efficient. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to find decent medical care these days but this place is exactly what I hope for when sick and needing a doctor fast.

All the staff there and the Dr were so nice. The check in was fast and the Dr answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed I really liked him. I have already recommended yall to family that live here it was fast and clean I highly recommend them.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The entire visit was super efficient. Went in with my 5 month old and 2.5 year old. Check in online before to “reserve” a time slot. They got us in and out and exactly what we needed. The PA was great.

I am seriously impressed with this place. They are quick, thorough, and have an excellent bedside manner. I've taken my kids here a few times now for illnesses and a bad sprained ankle and each time I have been impressed.

Always so easy to get an appointment. Although we have pcps and our co pay would be cheaper if we saw them, we like to stop by here just because we feel more control of the appointment time and it works with our hectic schedules. Service is always excellent too.

We have had great experiences each time we’ve gone for a visit. Everyone is so prompt and get us in and out of there very quickly. I also appreciate the login process and easy check in so you don’t have to sit and wait in the clinic forever before your scene. Thank you for taking care of our community!

We are new to the area and not yet established with a primary care Doctor. My elderly mother had an issue so we took her to Fast Aid Urgent Care. What an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very kind, they got us in quickly, the office is immaculate and the doctor was terrific. He immediately put my mother at ease and took great care of her. He gets an A+ for bedside manner. I would highly recommend this place.

Have been here about 5 times since this summer between me and my kids. We are always in and out, no wait times, friendly staff and it’s about 5 min from home! Highly recommend if you need to be seen for a non-emergency room matter! We’ve been from a dog bite that needed to be glued up to an ear infection. Always satisfied with the care we received.

I wish I could give 10 stars to this place. I came here after leaving Texas Medclinic extremely frustrated after waiting over an hour and not seeing a doctor. I was in an out of this place after 25 minutes. Hedgepeth saw me and was super helpful with my UTI and neck pain. Definitely come here if you need urgent care!!!

Took my son here for an allergic reaction and they were absolutely wonderful! The process of setting up an appointment, filling out paperwork and payment were extremely simple. We were seen quickly and the care was great. My son is autistic and does not speak and when I let them know they were very accommodating on his treatment plan and respectful towards his extra wiggles.
