Very clean, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The doctor was so patient and didn’t care when I yelled and swore (I was getting glass pulled out of my foot) and the nurses and staff were phenomenal. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Terry (Theresa Spruill) was phenomenal. She was thorough and exhibited healthcare expertise, compassion, and powerful bedside manner. She didn’t rush me or my family member in or out, answered questions, and provided great care/cared for ALL of us. True Medical, person-centered CARE. I say this not only as a patient, but as someone also working frontline in healthcare. It is sad to say that it is rare to find this kind of care, especially in urgent care settings, but I’m also glad to know this exists in this neighborhood. Highly recommend. The practice is kept clean, all staff worked efficiently and courteous; they also offered water/refreshments. The waiting area also appeared child-friendly with an area for toys, books, play area. This in stark contrast to other urgent care facilities I have seen in the past, and rather refreshing (Im surprised to say that I wish I could go here for primary care)!

I came in with something that was embarrassing and painful and truly left being healed and put on the road to recovery. My elderly aunt wasn't feeling well so I took her in today to be seen. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The receptionist and medical assistant are so warm and friendly. My aunt avoids doctors out of fear, but she immediately felt at ease with Dr. Terri. Dr. Terri has an excellent bedside manner. She took good care of her and we were on our way. The clinic is is clean and impeccable. If you should need to see a doctor, do not hesitate to visit this clinic. Five star

This was my first time at an urgent care facility. Everyone at the facility was courteous and extremely helpful, and they took the time to find out what was wrong with me and even went beyond bye calling my pulmonary specialist to get a better idea of my breathing issue. Would like to wish the whole staff a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year.

The first dr I went to was great, treated my lower leg open wound tear and gave me bandages and mupirocin. I have been there twice since and with great service and treatment.

Our preteen was seen at this urgent care. The staff is very professional and attentive. Both doctors that saw my son for treatment and follow up were great. They were thorough with explaining his treatment and procedure. The staff and doctor followed up with us to ensure everything was well and to remind us of his follow-up appointment. It is also great to have an Urgent Care clinic within the community.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful when I was there. They made the waiting room as comfortable as possible and the doctor I saw was very kind and fun-spirited which made the trip lovely even though I was sick.

Doctor Terri was fantastic. I came in with a foot injury and was freaking out about it. She sat down with me and really calmed me down. I felt safe and genuinely cared for, which made the experience that much better. Would highly recommend!
