The PA I saw was super nice, honest and real. I stayed and talked with him for a good 15 minutes. If all healthcare providers were like this we would be in a better place healthcare wise!

Went in for pain in the throat area. Went as a walk-in asked to come back a little later, which was fine. My fault for not making an appt, but wanted to make sure my insurance was in network before committing. Finished paperwork on line and was seen almost immediately when returning. Saw the PA who was very professional and attentive. Front desk worker and nurse were friendly and professional.  Would recommend and would return if I need to. **It is very simple to make an appt online! I bet you wouldn’t have to wait more than 5 min if that, to be seen.

This is the friendliest, most thorough, and affordable Urgent Care that I have ever been to. They took me in fast, and spent a good amount of time talking to me, and the staff were extremely kind. This was my third time visiting this urgent care in Oxford, Connecticut. Each time I had a little to no wait followed by awesome caregivers. I would recommend going here to everyone.

Had the smallest piece of glass under my skin in my foot and couldn’t get it out myself. The PA was able to numb me and get it out. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall a great relieving experience! Would highly recommend this urgent care!

I have made several appointments with this location for strep throat and I have had a great experience every time. In and out in a timely manner and the staff has always been pleasant to me. My wife and son have also been to this office multiple times and it has always been a good experience. No complaints from this family.

Decided my bronchial cough needed more than otc. Booked online at 11:15am for a spot at 2:20pm. Wait time about 10 min. Staff very nice. In and out with assessment and scripts called in within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this facility.

This was my first visit to the walk-in medical center. Second time I have visited. First a UTI taken care of quickly. Today did not have to wait long because I booked an appointment. The nurse was professional and quickly diagnosed flu like symptoms, bad head cold, ear ache, sore throat, exhaustion with coughing and antibiotics were prescribed to get me feeling better soon.

I had an issue with my ear being plugged up. I went to this urgent care and was taken care of immediately. The receptionist was very welcoming and got me signed in promptly. I was in an exam room within a few minutes of waiting. The doctor was in shortly after, diagnosed my issue and had me back on my feet and out the door in no time! Great place, great staff, clean....

She got back to us first thing the following morning with the results of my husband's blood work and suggested we get in touch with our Primary or go to an ED for further bloodwork.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line. At check in I was immediately taken care of. I waited less than 5 minutes to be escorted to an exam room. MA checked me in and documented my issues to be discussed with the doctor. Doctor did not keep me waiting came in and examined me and discussed all her findings. Very thorough and compassionate. I wist all my exams could be this good. I would highly recommend this office and provider.

Scheduling was easy on the internet. I had an 11:00 am appointment but wasn’t seen until 45 minutes later. The clinic was short staffed which isn’t uncommon in healthcare. Everything else was great. Staff was very friendly. Jerilyn was excellent. Would highly recommend this office and will use it again in the future.

My daughter started feeling sick Saturday late afternoon and woke up Sunday feeling the same way but a little worse. I was able to get her into the walk-in the same day I booked it at a good time. Concerned about an insect bite that left a warm to the touch red mark on my stomach, so I went to get it checked out. The sign in process was quick and easy, the receptionist was polite and pleasant. I was later greeted by the medical representative who performed her medical evaluation and made me very comfortable with her demeanor and concern for my issue. It turned out to be a spider bite and prescribed an antibiotic and cream. Very happy with this facility and staff; most convenient located at Quarry Walk.

Got a deep cut on my finger. Couldn't stop bleeding. Went to closest Urgent care around 9:10 am. Found a long line, that went pretty quick. However, the waiting time to see the provider was longer then expected, about an hour or more. Received an EXELLENT care fro all the UC staff.

West Haven, CT resident visiting friends in Oxford, CT during Easter. Upper respiratory issues had me visit 'Priority Urgent Care' in Oxford. I received the greatest of care and negative tests. Doctor is prescribing antibiotics treatment. Thank you for being stationed nearby and for being open on Easter Sunday!

The staff at this location are empathetic, kind and respectful to all Social classes.My family has been coming here for Covid testing, sick visit and minor play ground injuries , etc for a little over 3 yrs. In that time , I have been actively observant. My findings were that they provided me with the best quality care a pt can receive. As I am a person who is being treated with PTSD , the staff here made me feel safe . I could trust them with the treatment & care of my family . I wish all city and urban clinics could model the level of care the staff here in Oxford have provided me and my family. In my opinion we were treated like valued humans and not an inconveniencing disease. Thank you to the staff there in Oxford! You guys are an asset to my community . We love you????
