I found the staff to be very courteous and professional, especially when it came to dealing with my temporary hearing loss (moth in my ear). The wait time was very long, as the entire visit from beginning to end lasted about 25 minutes or so. Highly recommend them should you need the use of a walk-in clinic.

Took my mom there yesterday for a flare up of her Rheumatoid arthritis and PA was so caring and wonderful to my mother who is 83. Also the nurse who brought us in was so helpful and concerned about my mom. This is the second time bringing my mom here to this facility and would highly recommend. This is the best walkin clinic. I first called to see if I needed an appointment. Once I told her my situation, she said it wasn’t necessary, so I stopped in a week ago. Front desk staff was friendly and fast. Filled out everything from my phone and was seen immediately as it wasn’t busy. Doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. He related my experience to what he went through at one time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with what to do how to take care of it and my prescription was called in right away.

I've used Priority Urgent Care 2-3 times over the last few years. Last year it was after spending 5+ hours at Hartford Hospital ER, who were mean and worse, did basically nothing for me. Priority staff are friendly, helpful, kind and most importantly, HELP. I prefer paying a few bucks here rather than trying to deal with my own regular doctor. Highly recommend.

Just stopped in hopes that I could get an appointment and a refill on a prescription for cellulitis that I had on my leg that popped up again like it does every year. My daughter was sick overnight with a high fever, I googled and found this location. Was able to get an appointment early morning. Wait time was within 10 minutes this is very important for people who have children that do not feel good because they are cranky and impatient difficult to deal with. The staff was very quick and I was able to receive notification that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy while I was still there. the physician there gave me great advice and assessed my daughter with courtesy, she is autistic and nonverbal. I found the nicest people here from the front desk, medical assistant, and the APRN when my PCP was unavailable. I can’t say enough of how caring and thorough they were.

Everyone in the office are very friendly and accommodating.  Dr was very attentive and made sure I was ok.  Prepped me for what I would expect.  That’s why I always choose this urgent care.

My family has come here at least 5 times in just this year alone. Front Staff is friendly and kind to us. Patience is top notch. They also accommodated us for our two kids (asked for paper and clibboard📋) so our little ones were distracted. We are seen within 10 minutes upon arrival and we are always greeted kindly by the nurse practitioner. My toddler has been in a few times with an ear infection and the doctor is always friendly and thorough! When we need a prescription they are always sent immediately (within the hour). We will keep coming back.

Lovely staff. I was having difficulty making my TeleMed. Appt. And the lovely lady from front desk helped me. After that, the appointment went smoothly. the provider Dr. Duncan Was amazing. She listened to me and never rushed the appointment. She covered all the bases with me and provided the best care possible through a telemedicine appointment. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the care. Only complaint s that i tried to make an appointment online from my computer and it did not go through because it wanted a picture of my Insurance card which I was not able to do. Therefore I didn't have an appointment even though I thought I did. Fortunately they were not busy and were able to take me.

Easy online checking using Solov app Facility is clean and wait times are short. Wife was seen within 5 minutes of sitting down. Been coming here for the past 4 or 5 years when needed always great service.

My favorite urgent care in Newington and there are many of them! Every one is so kind and compassionate and really thorough always. They are consistent and once even called a specialist to consult on my condition. I recently brought my son there and pa was wonderful and respectful she made me feel better as she could tell I was worried about him!

Did virtual visit and despite small wait even with appointment received prompt care

The receptionists were very friendly and polite. Very little wait time. The PA was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a medication.

From top to bottom best urgent care experience. Natalie, Britney and Kiersten were very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly compassionate. I’m someone who personally doesn’t like to go seek treatment when I’m sick but from now on when I do I most certainly will be coming back to this urgent care. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!
