Everybody from the staff to the head dentist is extremely kind and patient. They helped me when I had a bad situation coming from another dentist who let me walk around with a cavity until i needed a root canal. I had lost all hope until I came to Bellisima dental in which the doctor took me in and took care of me throughout that entire journey. The best experience I’ve had at any medical facility hands down. From the initial call to schedule and emergency same day visit to the end was truly exceptional. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and had all of my information loaded on a tablet ready for me to fill out. The dental assistant (Zee) was so kind and caring and gentle. She took so many pictures, X-rays, 3D images of my tooth (and all my teeth per my request). The Dentist was so nice and thorough with me about all of my options. The billing specialist gave me a clear and detailed explanation on my benefits and all my options. I never felt pressured or like they weren’t willing to work with me. Checking out was very easy and all of my after care instructions were ready for me. The facility itself was immaculate! Very clear and brand new everything. The dental imaging equipment was very high tech. Nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Needless to say my experience was excellent. Exceptional. The people here really care about you. I know this because these ladies let me come in 30 minutes before closing and did all of my dental work same day until 7pm. I Never felt like a burden to anyone or even slight annoyance with me. I am truly grateful. Wonderful place and I will never go anywhere else

After my examination and cleaning, Dr. Jamie Toop explained the concerns she had concerning my teeth, identifying problems that should be taken care of as soon as possible, as well as potential problems that I might have in the future. The staff is very friendly and courteous and and almost everyone working in the office speaks both English and Spanish! I am a native English speaker, so I am cared for in English. However, my wife is from Mexico, and she converses with the staff in Spanish. She describes any problems that she is having and receives all her care in Spanish. The staff works with my insurance company. Before performing the work, they call my insurance to find out the percentage that the insurance will pay, and I am charged only what is not covered. Most importantly, they will call before doing the work, so I am able to decline in case I am not willing or not able to pay at the time. I recommend Bellisima Dental and Orthodontics. They are certainly a 5 star dental practice!
