I’ve been going here since I moved to NC. At first I was a bit disappointed because I didn’t receive the friendly greeting that all the positive reviews mentioned and thought maybe that I was in the wrong place. But after meeting with Dr. Neyman a few times now, I’m really happy that I chose her as my primary care physician. She’s given me information that my previous doctors should have told me years ago. That shows me that she really listens, takes my complaints seriously, and is truly knowledgeable. She’s very blunt, and straightforward which I love, because I don’t spend the rest of the day trying to analyze what she said. Had I had her as my doctor 10 years ago, my life would have been so much different. The reception area is still hit or miss if I’m going to get a smile or not, but I’m going to keep going just because I really really like Dr. Neyman!

I’ve been a patient for over a decade and am always pleased with the care I’ve been provided. Dr. Manor was my PCP for so long and he is what kept me here - he took his time, which was an easy price to pay if he was delayed in entering the exam room - I knew he was taking his time with other patients. Consequently, I was a bit anxious when I learned he was retiring. Luckily, I was connected with Ms. Patel, whose efficiency was a breath of fresh air, but so was her knowledge base, and perhaps most importantly, her compassion. I can see concern on her face when I describe symptoms, which assures me she is locked in and ready to navigate. So anxiety at prospect of interruptions in care following the retirement and the degree to which there was a match among the remaining providers has long been assuaged, and Ms. Patel and I are holding our noses and forging ahead. As an aside, Brenda is probably the best and most personable and likable nurse to which I’ve ever been exposed. Additionally, although I only have brief interactions with the front office staff, they are always the first folks I see on the way in, so it’s always nice to be greeted warmly as it sets the stage for an appointment. Been going here well over 15 years. Front office staff is BEYONDDDDDD amazing. Always smiling, always remembers me and asks how I am. Always gets me in same day. Front office staff is the kindness anywhere I've ever been. Dr. Patel is sooooo kind. She listens and truly cares. I always feel heard and taken care of. Her nurse is so kind and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend the wonderful staff. You'll always be taken care of and will leave feeling better. They're a game changer in health care.

We started visiting this very good clinic not long ago. It is easy to make an appointment, and the schedulers and receptionists are polite. The nurses are friendly, and our provider, Dr. Yulia Neyman, is a very good specialist. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She listens attentively to complaints and descriptions of the symptoms, always offering the proper treatment and giving detailed recommendations.

I've been going here for over 10 years, not on a regular basis because I rarely go to the doctor but it's always been pretty easy and recently I broke three ribs. Dr Neyman has been amazing. She keeps me informed and listens to my concerns. I really appreciate them. I do wish the office visit was a bit cheaper for self pay customers but it's not outrageous. Thanks!

In less than 30 minutes, Rachelle called with a referral using her network of service providers and childhood friends now in the ENT medical profession. I always have a great experience here. The staff is awesome, they are super quick and efficient but also really nice. I called today to move up an appointment and they were able to get me in to the office this afternoon. Renee and Atina were awesome, and so was the woman who did my blood draw whose name I didn’t catch. Would definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience here. The front desk got me an appointment easily. They were quick to get me in to the doctor. I went in for a recurring ear issue. It’s simple fix that most doctors glance over and don’t take their time with me. Even tho it was a minor issue they took it seriously and sent me on my way feeling alot better. Will be going here regularly if I have any issues.

Carrboro FMC has been great; responsive and efficient. Specifically, I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yulia Neyman. She is attentive, knowledgable, and practical. This is not an easy combination to come by in my experience, and it's a good feeling knowing I'm in good hands!

Moved to Chapel Hill a year ago and was looking to find a primary care physician. I came across Carrboro Family Medicine Center. Of course one is always nervous but I have to say the entire staff made everything so comfortable and inviting. Dr. Manor was the icing on the cake that made me feel I had made the right decision. I have been a patient of Carrboro Family Medicine for over 25 years and have seen many different doctors, and I agree with other reviewers that the current doctors and staff are great. Dr. Manor has been the most thorough and compassionate doctor the entire time. I have recently seen Nicole Brown and she is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, listens to me and recommends the best course of action. My rheumatologist recently retired and I called them to refill a prescription for one of the meds she had prescribed, and it was refilled the same day by CFM. Rachelle, the referral coordinator, sent in referrals immediately after my appointment and communicated with me. Very happy with this practice and it gets better all the time. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient for 8 years now after moving to the area. The office staff are very helpful and kind in the check in/out and scheduling process. Rachel helped me a needed print off a health form to complete. I really appreciated that! The nursing staff and Dr. Nauman and Dr. Manoe have been excellent providers. I am very pleased with all aspects of Carrboro Family Medicine. The staff is all very pleasant and very professional. I like the convenience of their Patient Portal. Communicating with the office is always easy. FNP Nicole Brown has been managing my healthcare for close to 10 years, and I credit her personally for helping me successfully maintain my blood pressure, blood sugar, & cholesterol (and more). She stays on top of me making sure I have some of those important tests done (the one's that many of us would like to dismiss - but are very important). She is very professional, very pleasant - and even though I can be a difficult patient - she is able to compel me to stay on top of my health (without being offensive in any way at all). If it wasn't for her suggested plan of attack from the very beginning - my blood sugar would probably still be way out of control as it once was (and who knows how much worse). I feel very blessed to have Nicole Brown & all of the staff at Carrboro Family Medicine managing my health. 5 stars!
