I stopped by Elite Urgent Care today. There was no wait, and it was so simple. The facility was also very clean. Dr. Ataei was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Wonderful. Thank you!!

went in without insurance, and the doctor was very nice and made sure he was able to do what was needed before paying me. even gendered me correctly as a trans man. price was not nearly as bad as i was anticipating either. they were quick and reliable.

On a late Wednesday afternoon, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. This is a clean facility with a professional staff. Overall, it's definitely an efficient practice. Met with Dr. Manny who explained things clearly and they sent my prescription off before I'd even walked out the door. Hoping that I don't have to come back but if I do, it's good to know I've got a place I can count on.

Amazing! I will recommended to anyone in my area looking for an urgent care. First impressions. This facility is gorgeous, well kept, and clean. I felt like it was a sanitary environment which makes me feel like they are taking my health seriously. The front desk associate was amazingly kind and helpful. She was patient with me as I had lost my voice and was trying to communicate best I could. They have amazing hour and the Dr. is happy to speak with you on the phone if needed. Dr. Manny was so thorough, patient, and kind. He made sure to let me know everything I needed to know and how to get better. He was honest in what he did not recommend I take or he prescribe and wanted to see if lesser measures could be taken before trying significant drugs to help my get over what I had. I ended up coming back. He remember our conversation and again was patient kind gentle and happy to answer any question I had. I recommend this clinic and will be happy to return when needed.

Starting with an excellent website, my first experience here was efficient and helpful. The online appointment worked great. The text option was so convenient too. Fast friendly care from the moment I walked in the door. It was clean and quiet. With family friendly (old school)Family Feud playing on the TV. -P. A. Ataei was very informative and thorough. I wasn't feeling well for over a week and decided to go to Elite Urgent Care. I had an excellent experience! The facility was clean. Dr. Ataei was great! He was kind, polite listened to what my issue was. He explained what test were going to be run to figure out what the issue was. Once he returned with the results he provided some very helpful information for how to care for my issue. This place was way better than the ER and other Urgent care facilities I've been to. I would highly recommend!

Pretty good experience at an urgent care. I was in and out. The doctor was knowledgeable. I had to do x-rays, and I was given a link that I can provide to other offices so they can view the x-rays! Very handy. Everyone was nice. The place was clean. I called me husband while leaving and even said, “That was the easiest urgent care visit I’ve ever had.” I was expecting to be there for hours. I was there for under an hour for a knee injury.

I returned from a vacation in Cabo with a side effect of things spinning whenever I tried to lay down. Not fun! I’d never been to an urgent care but thought it would be the best option to be seen quickly. I looked up Elite Urgent Care online and was able to make an appt really easily through their website. (Gotta love easy tasks, especially when you can’t see straight!) I received a text update about the appt as well as an email. When I walked in for my appt Sandra at the front desk knew who I was and was super sweet. I left my ID at home but thankfully had it on my phone, so she let me email her a copy. I met with the PA Manouchehr “Manny” Ataei and explained I thought it was either an ear infection or vertigo. He explained everything as he did it and then explained the further testing he did once we established it was vertigo. He was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable. He provided me with printouts of info on vertigo and explained certain maneuvers I could do that may help. Manny called me the next morning to check on me and again was extremely kind. I hope u don’t need to go back to an urgent care again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going here. They made it so easy!!

Had a very good experience with them. I came in for an abscess I had on my face and Dr Ataei was able to examine it and get me prescribed very quickly. He even called me the next day to check and see how I was doing. The abscess got worse so I decided to get it drained. He did a very good job and I was in and out. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend

I am relatively new resident of the Columbia. on September 23rd I did not feel good at all, and decided to go to an urgent care. I just googled for one in Columbia area. I called Elite Urgent Care. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I drove to their office, and found the clinic is new and very clean. Dr Ata spent enough time to diagnose my symthom, and prescribed the medicine. It was very interesting that Dr. Ata personally called me next day to see how am I doing. I strongly recommend the Elite Urgent Care for anybody in need of medical/Urgent care.

Accompanied a family member to Elite Urgent Care and was amazed at the level of care and professionalism that I observed. Dr. Ataei was great and quick to make a diagnosis and the follow up was much appreciated. This is one urgent care that I strongly recommend.

Very nice place. Clean, not too crowded, and for a first time visitor it was easy to get set up in their system with 4 simple pages of general questions. Once done I sat down and was seen within 5 minutes. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and nice. The nurse took vitals, asked the question (deeply embedded splinter in thumb), then the Dr came in and after looking at it recommended excising the wound. He did a great job! Got the splinter bits out, cleaned, and sutured the cut, gave good instructions on a follow up visit and antibiotics. The receptionist handled my paperwork on the way out and wished me a good day. Overall a very nice place, excellent people, and great service. I will return, and I do recommend it.

Was able to schedule an appointment in the morning for the afternoon very easily, was seen right at the time of my appointment, and all staff were very friendly and able to help. Feeling much better already, will certainly come back in the future.

I visited with my 2 year old son early in the morning. We were seen immediately. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue within minutes of being there. We were in and out in 5 minutes! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is brand new and in great condition. I would definitely recommend!

Elite Urgent Care is an excellent urgent care facility! When we entered, everything was very clean and beautiful inside. We were seen in a very quick manner and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The doctor was We were very impressed, and although the circumstances surrounding our visit were unfortunate, the care that was taken to comfort myself and my family was top tier. I cannot recommend Elite Urgent Care highly enough!
