Been here twice and molly the nurse is amazing! Dr. Marx also was great. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and seemed to truly care, which was refreshing! Not a long wait for either appointment either!

All of the team we're very nice and efficient. Got in quickly and Kristi, my provider, was very nice and got me relief for my ear pain and swollen gland, when i couldn't see my pcp. I recommend them highly.

I went in today for a work place injury. I'd never had one before and had no idea what to do or expect. The staff was amazing to me. The provider Kristy was so patient with me and walked me through it and was amazing. She really made me feel supported and like I wouldn't have to worry. I will be going here from now on even though it's a bit of a drive. Also shout out to the man at the front desk. I didn't get his name, but those were the least painful shots I've ever had and they were very patient with me because I'm terrified of them.

Staff are very understanding and accommodating at this facility. We come here every time and the staff provide compassionate care…even saved my daughter’s life by sending us to get a CT for appendicitis. Love the crew at this location! Always so kind! And, maybe we’re lucky, but we’ve never had to wait more than 20 min.

I was seen in a timely manner and the appropriate tests were made to give me a diagnosis.

I would highly recommend this place! I couldn’t be happier Thank you all !

Kristi Cooksey has been a true professional in her field. After a knee injury, on the job, Kristi became my provider. She has been diligent in following up with both the work comp insurance and me. She has made sure that things go as quickly as possible. Dealing with work comp takes time. This injury has been especially hard on me for several reasons, and she has made sure I know she's here to do what it takes to make sure I'm taken care of.

Excellent staff. Easy to get in and out. Would recommend to anyone looking for great urgent care experience.

Went in for a DOT drug screen. They are friendly, courteous and get you in and out really fast. I have been regularly screened for 28 years all over the country and it doesn't get any better than Immediate Care.

The receptionist was helpful on the phone remembered us and was prompt to getting us checked in the nurse had wonderful bedside manners and treated our four year old with respect and helped us get her situated. The doctor came in and made a point to ask us if we had any questions and also asked my 4 year old if she had any questions

I recently had a spinal injection for a bad back (l-4-l5, SI joint) the next day i was in so much pain I couldn't work. (I'm an owner of a restaurant so not working isn't an option) now keep in mind i was 100% honest. I had aMRI showing just how bad my back was. I wasn't dr shopping and I wasn't looking for hardcore drugs. I just needed something to help. I mentioned something that had helped me before (schedue 4) and we had a long talk about exactly what was going on. HE LISTENED. HELPED. HE EXPLAINED THINGS! this is hands down the best place I've beent to and if I lived in okc i would drive the 30minutes to get here.

From the front desk, the assistant, the phlebotomist, and doctor, this was the best experience I've had with an urgent care clinic. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. They worked efficiently, responded quickly to calls after my visit about prescriptions, and listened to me. I live on the opposite side of town, but when I'm sick I will take the longer drive so I can be treated by Classen Urgent Care. I actually feel like I'm a patient here and not a just another problem. A little kindness goes a long way when you feel really sick.

I have consistently had good experiences here and the wait is usually relatively short.
