My encounter began at the front desk where I received courtesy and kindness. Later I was called back to doctor’s area I was asked relevant question regarding my medical history. The PA was very professional and kind. I later met the doctor who appeared genuinely concerned about how to derive at the right treatment. It was a fantastic experience with the medical team.

Went in due to cut on foot. In processing was quick and easy. Procedure went fast and all staff is thorough and courteous! Excellent facility!

The staff was phenomenal!!!! Great upbeat attitudes!! The male nurse was extremely patient with my young son and the entire staff just really worked well together. It's literally one of the easiest and quickest visits I have ever experienced. Everything just seemed to flow. They also gave out some sucker's and stickers on the way out. Small things like that just make all the difference for kids. This was our first time here and from now on be my go to urgent care! ?????????????????? 10 stars!!

Next time we need after hours care we’re definitely going to Immediate Care. The staff was super friendly, examination and tests were quick and thorough, and the doctor did an excellent job diagnosing my condition and prescribing medication. This is my 2nd doctor from now on!

Great experience, start to finish. Easy to make an online appointment, the receptionist was amazingly helpful and friendly. The nurse who did intake was also really friendly and listened to my concerns. The Nurse Practitioner that attended to me was very kind, informative and listened to my concerns. They got me in and out quickly and I noticed they had a lot of safety measures against the spread of Covid.

Immediate Care is just that-Immediate Care! From registration to triage to provider evaluation, their process is seamless, convenient and effective treatment provided. Dr. Penwell has one of the best “urgent care room manners” I’ve ever seen of providers. Thanks to all of the staff for making a not so feeling good lady be cared and treated properly!

Was in & out quick immediately knew what I was trying to explain even when I was confused myself I appreciate them they saved my eyes. wasn't very busy around 1pm which was a blessing. 129$ if your uninsured but that isn't expensive specifically when it's a walk in urgent care I've paid 390$ else where so that is a great. Got what I need and was on my way to pick on my prescription only took 30 mins hopefully I won't be returning lol but if I have to I know where to go and it right down the street thanks.

Took my son took my son there because I thought something was stuck in his ear and his doctor couldn't get him in that morning. Doctors and staff were very friendly and patient with him and super nice. Very happy with their service!

Quick, friendly and they truly care. I was only there an hour and a half. They definitely took care of me.

I was here around November 2017 for myself and was very satisfied with the care and service, I returned yesterday with my 9 year old who had the flu, the staff was great, very caring.. I will definitely use this Urgent Care again in the future and would recommend to anyone.. Thank You all for your caring heart's!

1st time ever hearing of this facility and they are wonderful and very friendly!! The facility is very clean and well organized, they were able to get myself and my son back in no time the doctor on site is great she very friendly and did her job to the best she could!! Got my child and myself the proper medication and unlike other doctors she didn't tell my soon to be 2yr old there was not any medicine he could take because of his age!! I had two small irritable sick children with me. The front desk staff was so patient and helpful as I juggled the kids and searched for insurance cards. The nurse and PA were very patient, understanding and listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend and use this care center again.

We love Immediate Care of Oklahoma! Went there this morning w/my daughter. She had a sore throat & wasn't feeling good. They got us in & she was seen in about 20 minutes.
