I feel Jason Taylor is one of the best Dr. I have ever had. He gives me his undivided attention in all our conversations. He makes me feel like a person instead of just a number. He always addresses my concerns and makes me feel comfortable when discussing my personal health with him. On occasion when I was unable to make an in person visit to the clinic he took the time to make an over the phone visit. I feel he is very thorough in his work and I would and do recommend him to my family and friends if they’re looking for a good caring doctor. My opinion, He has earned a five star rating. * * * * *

I’ve been going here for years, and this is the first time anybody in the medical field asked me what my pronouns were, my gender identity, if I still use my birth name, and made sure to change my chart so it reflects that and to notify if any other staff incorrectly identified me. 5 stars to PA Dr. Allie for ensuring trans patients are comfortable, and for whoever hired Dr. Allie. This was the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had and first time I felt seen and understood as a patient!!

I can't say enough about the people at Columbia Clinic. I was treated there after a car accident and I took advantage of their on-site chiropractic, massage, and medical clinic for over six months. The nursing and admin staff were always warm and kind. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. When I needed to be seen in the med. clinic without an appointment, they always accommodated me. The on-site pharmacy was super fast and convenient. I was treated in the medical clinic by Dr. Nguyen (who I believe is the clinic founder) and Dr. Diana, both of whom were terrific. Dr. Paul was my chiropractor and I can't even express how much he helped me. Peggy and Emily provided deep tissue massage, fire cupping, gua sha, etc. Both are delightful people and do excellent work. Each one of them, at one point or another, had to deal with me having a meltdown (pain can wear ya down) and they always made me feel safe and listened to. When my treatment ended, it was hard for me to leave after being cared for by these lovely folks for so long. I stopped by there yesterday to discuss a billing situation with my insurance carrier (not the clinic's issue) and everyone greeted me by name, with big smiles, even months later. If I ever get into another accident, it will be my first stop.

Upstairs ( chiropractor and massage) is so friendly. Dr. Paul is amazing, explains everything and has worked magic in me. I can't say enough good things about the massages I've received. I will be 100% better ( after a car hit me in a cross walk) soon, and will miss everyone here. Downstairs ( urgent care) is all ways quick, it's nice to have on site pharmacy.
