Carrie, my Aesthetician recommended Microneedling for my skin type. She has always taken good care of my skin and is very professional and knowledgeable in medical esthetics. I finally was able to try Microneedling with Carrie at Cara Mia Medspa and had such a great experience! The front desk was excellent and very welcoming as well as the other staff. AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! The whole entire staff is so friendly & knowledgeable, I always feel very welcome & taken care of. I have been seeing Jola for about 2 years now mostly for injectables & Botox. She is an incredible artist and takes her time to create a custom plan based both on your desires & her knowledge to make you look your absolute best. I never look “done” , but I notice a huge difference in that I look like a naturally younger & more rested version of myself. I also had a somewhat scary personal issue a few months ago where IN MY THIRTIES, my skin decided to randomly break out with huge cystic acne EVERYWHERE. (I’ll attach photos). It was so crazy bad, I was really depressed. I couldn’t even wear makeup it was so severe. When I went in for my routine Botox appointment, Jola could see how upset I was & instantly comforted me & came up with one of her miracle plans to help clear my skin. Joanna was my aesthetician. She started by completing a skin analysis and in turn recommended a hydrafacial as a starting point. My wedding is in September and I wanted to focus on preparing my skin to look its best for our special day. I've been using ZO skin care that I purchased at the office with salicylic acid as an active ingredient that has worked wonders on my skin. The texture is smooth and hydrated. The office is informative and professional.

My experience with Joanna for a hydrafacial was amazing. My skin never felt better or so smooth as i have issues with acne scars but going to Joanna has helped my skin tremendously! Update: just got my lip filler done here and Jola was so patient with me and guided me through everything as I was so afraid of the pain! but she was so gentle and made sure I was okay through every shot!

I went to return a product I bought the same day.. I was charged a fee when coming back to the store and I am unsure what the fee was for since they never did clarify there return policy of a charge. I felt this was unprofessional management since they were unclear about their store policies especially with same day returns.

What can I say about this place. I am a frequent visitor since I moved here two years ago. The staff always treats you so kindly, and you always feel like you’re getting the truth out of what they have to tell you. All the services, including the facials are amazing. Joanna is exceptional at them. Jola is wonderful at what she does. They are all great. The costs are very reasonable too. Highly recommend becoming a member. I got very expensive Botox in Washington D.C., and not only is this place much more affordable, they do better!! The results are like artistry. Jola is incredibly exceptional in her work and Victoria is amazing at facials. The environment is so welcoming and I just turned 40 and am so happy to have found a place that will help me age beautifully. I highly recommend joining their members program. That money per month goes toward any treatment you need and banks up. But, you receive a free facial every month which is paying for the membership itself. This spa is absolutely stunning! It's so clean, relaxing and professional. All staff members greeted me with a smile, were informative, listened to my problems and suggested the most appropriate solution. Victoria Viola treated me with the hydra facial. It was about a thirty minute relaxing facial that cleared my face of all the build up and impurities (using red and blue light lasers: red reduces redness and the blue kills bacteria). I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing/ successful facial - I was glowing after the treatment!
