Treatment was great that has me. In and out in 1 hour

The staff at this facility are amazing. I had to go twice over the span of a few days. Both times the staff were kind, patient and extremely empathetic. They also had great communication and flexibility when it came to scheduling an X Ray appt for me. I will certainly come back if necessary in the future.

Dr Green was fast. He broke things down for me and explained the medications he was going to prescribe. Ask me very detailed questions and told me how it's all connected to my foot infection. He said I can come back if I needed until I can see my primary care doc. He recommended I ask my primary for blood test to check for diabetes. It's sad but a great heads up

Always great help the doctors are nice

I saw a doctor within 2 hours of walking in. I didn't have my insurance card but the receptionist was able to look me up. Everyone was very kind and Dr. Green was awesome. I was impressed with the facility because it's a lot more than I was expecting. It's like a hospital. Highly recommend.

All of my visits here have been positive. No complaints.

Mr. Green provided the most compassionate and kind care a patient could have asked for. I highly recommend asking for him if you happen to visit this location.

Magda and Brenda were incredibly helpful and kind to my mother. They were both very patient and considerate of her. 10/10 experience with them and she is very thankful for them. She highly recommends this urgent care.

The receptionist is a nice person, the bilingual nurse is a very attentive and professional . Doctor green took care of me and it was like talking to a friend, he listened to all my symptoms and prescribed me a medicine for everything, he really cares about your health. He also made me suggestions and recommendations on how to take care of my asthma. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.

The people that work here are so are nice and the doctor I seen actually cares. He is the male doctor.

I'm learning about super infections in Microbiology and I just wanted to congratulate my doctor I saw at Reddy Care because she did not prescribe an antibiotic for me when I was sick. She let my natural immune system fight off the virus, that I had. Her care plan fit right into what I'm learning at LBCC so I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her. I'm happy and healthy now!

I stopped by to get my son tested for COVID the staff was able to help me with all the questions I needed and the doctor was professional. I would recommend this place if your not able to get to your PCP

Good urgent care. Quick turnaround time for lab results. I do not mind the location- it's Long Beach and on Atlantic. Of course there's homeless and motels, they're all over the place, if you're not a long beach local maybe you don't get that? People are so quick to judge! Staff was super friendly & helpful. Will go back again.

The building is a little bit old and simple, it's not fancy. It's not the most amazing customer service or the fastest wait times. But they came through for me on a Saturday when I made a pretty sizable cut in my finger while chopping vegetables and needed stitches. The receptionist was polite and helpful and told me what needed to be done and what paperwork to fill out (and she answered the phone quickly). I was in a room in about 30 minutes. The first person taking vitals and weight was straightforward and efficient. The NP was nice and professional and the doctor and I had a pleasant conversation about home cooking to distract me from the less pleasant things happening to my hand while he patched it up. You don't go to urgent care for the decor or the customer service. You go cause you need medical help and in this case they accomplished my need and for me that's a win.

Great medical staff. Attentive, knowledgeable team providing me with the right prescriptions (antibiotics) after being misdiagnosed at a different urgent care in another city. Parking it a bit difficult, but is to be expected with location in Downtown Long Beach Go to the Vons across the street and buy something.... They have a parking structure with 2 hour parking.

This was my second time returning to this urgent care and both times I had such a great experience! The staff is so helpful and nice and the facility is really clean and comfortable . I went in for an urgent situation yesterday evening and one of the assistants/ nurses Sandy was so attentive caring and helpful! The Nurse practitioner was also extremely sweet attentive and beyond helpful. I've been to several clinics, urgent cares and have never seen such great customer service and such nice people who actually care and want to help you.
