This is the best Dr I've been back and forth to different drs over the past 3 weeks not really getting the help I was looking for. Walked into the clinic yesterday feeling horrible I left feeling 70% better and was given and prescribed the right medication for all of my needs. Couldn't have had a better experience. I was really ready to give up on looking for a Dr to properly treat my symptoms. My asthma bronchitis and allergies were attacking me haven't been to sleep in 2 days because of it including my annoying unproductive cough. Thanks a bunch Reddy urgent care.

Very easily received my Covid test within an hour. Got results 4 days later.

As far as pain control, this is the best clinic I've ever visited. My pain was controlled very fast when I went in here and it meant so much to me. The medical assistants brought my pain medication right to my consultation room and they were so nice. I had never been treated like that in my whole life. I was so grateful when I was able to walk out of the building with my pain at a tolerable level. Thanks!

From the Front Desk to the Radiologist to the Dr/Nurse Practitioner, everyone is kind and caring! Not long wait times either!

My goal was to get a cough syrup with codeine that was given to me by another NP 2 years ago. My cough went away when I took that med. Well this time I was seen by a different NP and I plead with him to please give me that also but he won't because it's narcotic and he don't want me to depend on it. I've been coughing since March which he said is a chronic cough and nothing I take helped. I got a chest x ray. The technician was very sweet and nice, xray went smoothly. Knock knock on my door while I waited in the room. Good news your lungs are clear, there is no infections, you're normal. What!? I don't like that answer lol. There is something wrong with me. I was upset to hear I'm clear. Can I have antibiotic I asked, no he's not giving because I have no bacteria in my lungs. What I have is a viral infection and there is no treatment for it but time. He prescribed me Promethiazine DM. I research about it, it's for cough and allergy. That night I took and slept very well and my cough improve. Now I'm thinking, wait all this time I have allergy to everything? Great! Now my body changes that my coughing is related to allergy. Glad it's not covid!

We had to go in for a Covid test. We had a 90 minute wait. Since we lived close by, we asked if we could go home. They said no problem, we'll call when we are ready and just tell us to give you a few minutes. History & insurance info were taken by phone. We took picture of cards & emailed in. Stephanie met us in alley and quickly did test. Overall, easy & well communicated.

I went in today for Covid testing .. I was very impressed with Stephanie'a kindness and professionalism . She explained everything thoroughly and after she was done a gentleman saw me ( I forgot his name) same great personable bedside manner. I've lived in the area for quite some time and had never been here for any of my urgent care needs.. Because of them 2 and the cleanliness of this place they have gained a new urgent patient! Thank you!

excellent service. My companion who cut his hand was treated quickly and efficiently. And all the nurses are very caring and very beautiful.

This urgent care is close to home and the service is great! I have gone there for my daughter and myself as well. It is better than having to wait for an appointment at our doctor's office. The NP's are nice, caring, and want to ensure that they answer any questions or concerns.

Had great quality Care buy a real physician. They were able to do all of our necessary tests oh, and referred us back to Naples Medical Group for Continued Care

This is the second time visiting this location today I saw Matt a nurse practitioner who took care of me and I will have a follow-up appointment the lady at the front desk was nice they worked quickly and promptly thank you guys

Dr. Reddy is one of the most kind doctors you will encounter. She has such a strong level of common sense, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Her dedication and relationship to her patients...

Great care on a tough problem! I was bitten on the lip by a puppy pretty badly; my upper lip was split open and I needed stitches. Dr Reddy was there and did a great job of stitching me up to try and avoid scarring and keeping the wound clean so it didn't get infected. She was very nice and calm. I did have to wait around an hour and a half but it was fairly crowded so they did have to take care of a lot of people. And the staff could have been a bit more friendly, but they were pretty swamped. The nurse guy who removed my stitches was also really good. All in all it was MUCH better and cheaper than the emergency room.

I was injured on a Sunday afternoon and knew I would need stitches. Instead of going to the ER and waiting hours, I went to Reddy Urgent care. They helped me out with verifying my insurance...

I was experiencing an issue with my knee holding fluid and visited several Urgent care facilities in the area Friday May 4th. One facility both Dr.'s were out(unplanned) and the other chose not to drain fluid as he thought my knee was not swollen enough which was obviously not the case. Upon seeing Dr. Reddy she immediately told me what needed to be done and what tests would be done with the fluid to determine any cause/issue(just what I had spent days researching she confirmed). Her procedure was delicate and painless and she removed over 130CC of fluid from my knee. Her front desk and nurses were very professional and supportive and will recommend anyone in the area to go to this facility without hesitation
