The team here took great care of me when I was passing a kidney stone this past Wednesday. Was in a huge amount of pain and didn't know what it was they made me as comfortable as possible, watched my vitals, and arranged transfer to the hospital for further care. I'm fine now and very grateful for their skilled care and can recommend this place to someone needing medical assistance.

I got a nice cut on my hand from the rocks while snorkeling on vacation. The staff was not only friendly, but helpful in navigating my Kaiser insurance. The doctor was so calming and easy to talk to. I ended up needing 7 stitches and the whole process almost seemed too easy. I have never had stitches before! I had questions about infection and nerve damage, all were met with compassion and information- I never felt brushed off. I am now almost 4 weeks post incident and have had a really great recovery. This is my second visit recently: I was sick, needed attention...and had no health coverage. The facility is very upbeat, and welcoming... Dr. Nicoletti and her staff were so very kind ...and saw me almost immediately. It was a relatively quick affair, but I felt they had plenty of time for me, during treatment. Dr Heidi and staff fixed the bottom of my foot up with 7 stitches very quickly after a sliced it open at one of the public beach shower rinse stations. Great friendly attentive staff, will go their again if i ever need to.

I was in Maui on my honeymoon and came down with a double ear infection and sinus infection. We went to the Minit Medical in Kahului and a few days later went to the one in Kihei for a follow up and both were simply wonderful! We did not have to wait long to be seen, the receptionist was very friendly, the PA diagnosed me quickly and answered all my questions. We were able to get meds at the clinic which saved us a trip to a pharmacy. The PA was concerned my eardrum would burst if we flew back when we had scheduled so the clinic wrote a letter for the airline so we could change our ticket without cost and had us come back for two free ear checks to make sure I was safe to fly. For my second ear check, we visited the Minit clinic in Kihei and when I walked in the door, the receptionist remembered me instantly (she had been at the Kahului clinic when I showed up for my first visit). We were so pleased with our service and thankful for all the professionalism and excellent customer service!

Our daughter came down with a fever and a bad cough during vacation on Easter Sunday. We took her to Minit and the entire staff could not have been nicer or more caring and to top it off there was no wait. I would highly recommend.

I had to take my 20 month old son for high fewer while on vacation. I was a little worried to take him to urgent care instead of regular pediatrics, but it turned out that the staff there is very knowledgeable and great with kids!! They took all the necessary tests in a very playful way;) He also got some stickers, bubbles, and so much positive attention! Our experience couldn't turn out any better in given situation. Btw, they also accepted our Kaiser insurance which was a nice surprise!

I am so glad Minit medical is my neighborhood. I busted my toe open on a reef this morning. I was worried about needing stitches and getting an infection. Thankfully, I was able to avoid both because of the great care I received. The staff, from the front desk to the nurse and nurse practitioner, that treated me took care of my concerns. They were all friendly, professional, and took great care of me.

Never thought I would receive such good care at an urgent care I would feel the need to leave a review, but I just took my daughter here after a minor accident and I just have to say that Dr. Nicoletti and Casey (sp?) our nurse were just amazing. We got there right before close, but they were so helpful and friendly. And even though they were there late, we never felt as though they were trying to get us out, but just make sure the care she received was the best care she could have possibly gotten. As much as I hope to not to need to go back again, if I had to it wouldn't't be the worst thing.

I grew up in kihei and have been to all the family practices out this way. I couldn't get into my PCP same day so I checked this place out, as it had good reviews. Website check in was offered which was great because you could see availability right there. Called to make sure my reservation was confirmed. Easy Peasy, and the receptionist was so kind and professional. I got there and I filled out forms. Easy. It could have been a lot different if there was anyone was waiting in front of me, but I was the only one there. I worked as a PCT for a retail clinic for over a year, so I totally get how stressful walk ins and appointments can be. That said, this facility is incredibly efficient and the personalities there are loads of fun. Front desk was kind, nurse is hilarious, and the doctor (Dr. Nicoletti!) I saw was knowledgeable, witty, and engaging with A+ bedside manner. I have zero complaints. My e-script was called in and filled quickly. The establishment is a well oiled machine exactly how an urgent care should run. 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend.

Everyone could not have been nicer or more professional. I had just come from the Urgent Care in Wailea where they insisted that at my age I needed Medicare and since they don't take Medicare it would be $189.00 and I could not bill my insurance company. That made no sense so we left. I am fully insured. At Minit Clinic I was told there would be a wait, but I got seen a lot quicker than they had told me. The visit cost me $15.00 copay and I came away with the Rxs that I needed. Mahalo

I am a local 64 yr old man who visited this clinic for the first time because my doctor wasn't in and I needed to see someone this day, my birthday btw! As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and they accepted my Medicare! The two young ladies in the front , couldn't have been more patient , helpful and cheerful. Doctor Onishi was exactly the same and made me feel comfortable and in good hands! Not to mention convenient! Mahalo to these people!

Second visit here in a year. Both times they were efficient, professional and very competent. One visit was for a traumatic injury, one for a simple infection. Both times I was impressed with the Doctors and staff. Will go back if another issue arises.
